Frank was good at replying text, phone and email. This is more laid back construction biz atmosphere, pick up from trucking trailers in a truck yard. You pay Frank on his phone with c-card and go on your way. Loading and transport are DIY. Our UHaul trailer was more than big enough for 2 fiberglass patio door units, and 2 fiberglass entry door units. Gas plus $30 UHaul (+$8 added insurance), and 4h driving. All worth it for the huge savings! Got Therma-Tru and MMI doors, both brands offered by our building supplier at more than twice the cost! We were able to pick out what we wanted from the website, sent item numbers to Frank, and set an appointment to pick up. Took a look at some other items like tubs, foam insulation, and flooring while there. Extremely good deals! Most items are returns or closeouts in great condition. Some items on the website had minor damage, but it is all noted, and reflected in steep discounts. Our doors look awesome and are exactly what we needed!
