First entree came out in 10 minutes. 5-10 minutes later the second entree came (it was toasted bagels with their accompaniments on a tower... so like the easiest item ever). No communication except at the 30 minute mark of waiting a random person came to tell us that the pizza was working. Our server abandoned us, so we never got a second round while waiting almost an hour for our food. She apparently was too busy taking the second table to walk in. No one apologized for the wait on food. None of what we ordered tasted good. I guess with cold food that's hard to judge though. We ended up ordering a cocktail each (amaretto sour and mojito). There weren't any prices on the menu (except for the specialty cocktails which they were out of). Our total for the two drinks came to $42! So I paused and asked if the tip had already been added, and the bartender sort of mumbled something about "no", so I asked if the drinks were actually $20 each. (I mean, we're in Kendall, not South Beach!) So then he showed me the receipt that showed the drinks were $16.50 each and an auto grat of 20%+ had already been added. I did not add an additional tip on top of that. But the experience was in line with some of what I read here (afterwards) of them being a little scammy financially.
