Stayed at a Vacasa rental over Mother's Day weekend and was really disappointed. The gas fireplace didn't work (no propane), the back porch lights and outlets were out, making it unsafe to use the hot tub or get to the firepit at night. We reported everything -- maintenance came, confirmed the issues, but nothing was fixed and no one followed up. I emailed Vacasa twice with no response. For the price we paid, we expected a safe and functional space. Wouldn't book with them again based on this experience. read more

Vacasa could care less about an owners property and worst yet they care even less for the neighborhoods and overall community. They get a renter to sign a lease and don't make sure lease rules are followed and overall degrade the safety of communities. Ask Vacasa how many times they have met with neighbors or Rockaway leaders to ensure that our community and neighborhoods are kept safe and peaceful. The answer is zero. We had a broken bed on the first night. We reported it, however, nobody contacted us to find out what we needed to repair it. She showed up with a 2x2 slat for a queen bed, it was a king bed and seriously a 2x2? She left and said she would return and we never heard from them again during our stay. I posted a review about our house, there were many negatives about the furniture. Apparently they do not post negative reviews. I have not been contacted about our experience. read more

Vacasa is horrible. We deal with Oregon Coast Property Management multiple times a year. You are just a number to them if you need them for anything. They are so big that if you need to speak with anyone you are going to deal with a call center overseas. We showed up to a house full of ants and mice. They lied about sending someone over to try and fix it. We couldn't stay there and they wouldn't refund our money. We had to get lawyers involved to get the $4k back we spent on the house. You never know about a Property Management until something goes wrong. We recommend staying away from Vacasa. read more

Vacasa rented us a place with bed bugs for my wife's birthday weekend. We stayed there three nights and on the last night woke up to being bitten. Upon closer inspection of the mattress, headboard , and floor it was obvious that there was active infestation. We took pictures, slept in the living room until it was safe to drive, and then left reporting it to them and AirBnb. Neither of them took the complaint serious and despite the evidence we had Vacasa report back to us that there was no active infestation. We will leave the photos here for you decide. We rented a house in Rockaway Beach. While the location and instructions on how to get in were great, the maintenance on the place was atrocious! Several slats were missing on window blinds. Deck furniture was broken. Fire alarms went off when somebody showered. Staff supposed to change fire alarms left alarms with dying batteries outside balcony sliding doors which alarmed for hours until we found it. Probably overall slightly better than terrible but not a good advertisement for Vacasa to manage properties. read more

VACASA HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE: My family stayed in Rockaway Beach for the 4th of July and with a 10am checkout the morning after, it was brutal getting out on time... We tried to "purchase a late checkout " but Vacasa did not disclose the fees or terms/conditions which seemed extremely shady to us as a business practice. No where did the email and/or options presented as I proceeded through all the steps give any indication of fees or details of what late checkout meant. So we did not take the risk. BEWARE to all... If you leave items behind, kiss it goodbye and don't bother paying the $25 fee they charge you to "go look" and find your left behind items. I say this because I tried and here was what happened... - Below is my email to the General Manager AFTER trying to resolve the situation three times, with three different representatives: "I just spoke to a third Vacasa representative today who could not update me regarding the 4 coats I reported missing the night after we checked out on July 5th.  The first person I spoke to (Tyrese) charged us $25 for someone to go look and said I would be contacted via email and phone. The second person I spoke to the day after that (Nicole) said someone who checked in after us was checking out on Saturday July 9th at 10am. She said we would hear something that day via email and call. On Sunday, I called Vacasa to ask for an update and waited on hold for 52 minutes with no answer and I had to hang up. Since then no one has contacted me. The third person I spoke to tonight (Krystal) said the only note in the system was from July 8th, which would have been before anyone checked the unit per my understanding.  Krystal advised me to contact you both as the local managers and gave me your email addresses. This has been stressful and frustrating so I am hoping contacting you both directly will help speed up this process.  As I mentioned to all three representatives, I have family in Rockaway Beach that can pick the coats up on my behalf. They have been asking me for updates on what is going on and I need to get back to them." - Below is my email response from the General Manager: "I am very sorry about the frustration you are having in regards to the lost items.  I will work with my Team to see what can be done.  Please allow us 48 hours to look into this.  Susan will reach back out to you with our findings." - After waiting 60 hours, I emailed again and asked for an update. Here was the response I got: "Hello We did not find the clothes in our lost and found.  Thank you" And that's what your $25 gets you... ZERO customer service ZERO empathy for your situation ZERO motivation or incentive to make customers happy So kiss your stuff goodbye if you leave anything behind. And NEVER RENT FROM VACASA... for the money you spend (and their exorbitant fees you do), you get ZERO service! read more

Mixed feelings. I'm handicapped and my mother is an elderly woman with a bad hip, going up the stairs was a killer. The elevator was broken. We stayed at The Brookhaven @ 105 NW 23rd Ave #104 Rockaway Beach OR, 97136 - my sister rented it out for my birthday for approx $200 a night and we stayed 2 nights. The place has great structural appeal, panoramic views from living room and dining room/kitchen. We loved the open floor plan. My sister is an Architect. A 2-bedroom 2 full bathroom setup for 7 adults and 1 dog. 1 Master bedroom with a Queen Bed which my sister and brother in law took. And 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds with adjacent full bathroom with shower and no tub. Hubby, Mom, brother and I slept in the room of bunk beds. It was hard for mom and I to sit so low. The long hall way to the rooms looks nice, keeping the room doors closed helps to keep the heat in. So, as soon as we called Vacasa to complaint about the heater and hot water issue, they told my sister that we had to use one or the other but not both at the same time. What? Are these the early 1800's when electricity was discovered? It doesn't make sense that a $200 a night place, has an electricity box compromise in this way. The water heater turns OFF when the air heater is Turned ON to warm up the Condo. (????!!!!???) Cold showers in the winter????? Not even in a third world county's villa!!! Totally RETROGRADE. It's difficult to quickly get up in the freezing cold Condo, take a quick cold shower and get out running. And while it may not matter in the summer months, to charge the same price in the winter, is ATROCIOUS!! Fitures look nice, but found out some are just place lightly and fall apart the minute touched. I love the glass door/windows, they can be open like doors or Windows. This is a mixed feelings review, because the negative doesn't outweigh the positive. Meaning, FIX the Negative. This is a WAKE UP call for the management team to do something about it. Do you need me to supply names and #s of Electrician professionals to you, so that you can FIX this matter? I would love to stay here again, but this electrical matter needs to be FIXED and perhaps maybe the elevator too. To management: Please don't bother to respond with a Management Team pathetic email if you are not going to FIX the problem. I don't need your email. While compensation would be nice, it won't fix the problem. YOUR POCKET BOOK needs customers! So, you should think of FIXING the problem. To my Elite and non Elite Yelpers: Would you rent a place in the winter for $200 a night where the electric panel was compromise in such a way that you could ONLY use it EITHER way, to heat the water to take hot showers or to heat the air that warms up the condo?? There is no fireplace, so you depend on body heat and the air heater. So you cannot take a hot bath unless you walk outside the the jacuzzi that is located outside, 4 condos down from 104, you share with the other condos, it's 3 feet high with no handicap access. Meaning you climb in and out, no stairs, no ramp into it. Ok. I am tempted to ask the young snowboarders from next door if their runs to the jacuzzi has anything to do with the cold shower issue. We fell in love with Rockaway Beach and this area of town, so I hope this place is Fixed. Podunk style Condos - have a heater that works and hot water for all guests and all amenities that work, but perhaps not a panoramic view like this, and cost half of the price. There is no VALUE ... Cost for what you get ... when the Basics don't work. So, this place is well OVERPRICED. My friend's dad second home, a million dollars ocean front modern huge house with panoramic views, rents for $350 a night for 6 Master Bedrooms in the Shalishan lodge area, in a locked private drive. While I can't Yelp it because it doesn't rent to the public, I can tell you, it's a dream house. The Brookhaven is a gorgeous 2-bedroom Condo style townhouse, one attached to the other, stairways up to the different apartments, shared hallway entries, etc. It's a great fortress structural building, ready to take on a tsunami or a real World Z war... In comparison, the million dollar house, has more value for the money you pay. It's private, the amenities are private, and the heater and hot water work in unison. Offer and advertise awesomeness, then stick to it, and provide awesomeness. Don't freeze me in the winter, and make me take cold showers! Don't make climb up the stairs when I use a wheelchair. Fix your amenities!!! Make what you charge, a great value. read more

This review is based on our stay at 365 South Pacific Street, Rockaway Beach, OR. We stayed from Monday June 1st until Thursday June 4th. We arrived at the unit in the early evening after a 5 hour drive from Bend, OR to find that the door code provided in the reservation email did not work. We then called the number for Vacasa on the property to be placed on a 70 minute hold until the first person answered. 70 minutes is a ridiculous amount of time to have to wait to get into a unit and we had no other choice than to sit in our car and wait, wait, wait. When Ky picked up (I asked how to spell his name) he asked "How can I help you?" And I was a bit miffed so I said "How about starting by apologizing for us being on a 70 minute hold?" We then got a new code from him and it did work but I wanted to express my frustration and also felt that we were due compensation for the delay getting in and the long phone wait time. Ky indicated he had no authority to offer anything and would have to call the local staff and then call me back. I said "don't bother if you don't have the authority and simply have them call me." He stated "I cannot give you their cell phone number and I am your point of contact." I have run and Chaired businesses with over 3,000 employees and the first two rules of customer service are to have empathetic employees and then to empower them to satisfy the customer. We had neither with Ky. I said "I never asked for their phone number but I don't want to deal with a messenger service. Please have them call me tonight or tomorrow." Ky then asked if I wanted to speak with a supervisor and I said I did. He placed me on hold for about 10 minutes and then Shane came on the line and his first comment was "How can I help you Brother." That annoyed me tremendously as it came across as immature and flippant. My response was direct " First, don't call me Brother. I am not your family nor am I your buddy. Call me Mr. Moore as Brother is disrespectful." I do admit he apologized and started over. He did offer $50 refund which I said "I don't consider that enough for the delay, aggravation, and annoyance." He then said he will have to elevate it and have someone call me back. I was ok with that. Later that same night Leslie called my wife's number but we missed the call so I returned it the following day. Leslie was quite professional, empathetic, and explained the long delay was due to the fact that Oregon relaxed multiple vacation areas from the Pandemic restrictions and that Vacasa was overwhelmed. I did appreciate the information and was understanding to a degree. She asked what they could do to fix the issue and I said make an offer over $50 which I do not think is enough considering the cost of the room for 3 nights. I also stated "I don't want to negotiate against myself so you consider what you think is fair and call me back." She agreed to either call me back herself or have someone else. We left the unit on Thursday the 4th of June and it is now Friday June 5th. No one called me back. They did apply a $50 credit which I still maintain is insufficient. This was our first time renting from Vacasa and it will be our last. The property was fine but the company failed at every turn. I didn't hide behind emails and spoke to them and gave them chances to demonstrate good faith. read more

We stayed at the Ocean's Edge #101 condo on the north end of Rockaway Beach, OR. You cannot beat the location or the views - outstanding, but: o the furniture is well worn - chairs thread-bare with holes in the cushioning from to many butts. master bed mattress is probably the softest mattress I have ever slept on. o in the middle of our stay a maintenance man shows up at the door with no mask. oh, what a surprise opening the door with no peep hole or dead bolt. the guy would have just walked into the place had we been gone. and what is up with only getting one key? o complained to Vacassa. they were very apologetic but it was the owner's fault... o and finally to top it off - we left a few phone/kindle cables behind that had fallen behind one of the night stands. of course Vacassa couldn't barge in on the people staying there now - which I understand. but, charging $25 to search for the cables to the maid that is going to the place already? you pay even if the articles aren't found and, of course, you pay for shipping and taxes as well. great customer service. o oh, and phone service? great service if you want to talk about a reservation. what to find out about their ridiculous left behind policies, plan on waiting 45 minutes or more to talk to somebody. would have given them only one star for this trip but the location and views at this place are awesome. read more

Killington, VT This places was cute for just us two and our pup. It had a lofted full bed upstairs and about 6 twin bunk beds downstairs. It was just the right size for 2. The kitchen was ready for use and we took advantage of that. The tv is set up with limited channels so we ended up buying some dvds from Rutland. It is a secluded little home with a beautiful view from the porch and really any window you look out of. Thank you for a great stay. read more

We stayed at a beach house in Rockaway - 630 S. Pacific to be exact. When we book a house at the beach we often times prefer places with a hot tub. This house had one but it was broken and non functional the entire time we were there. Also, it was difficult to take a hot shower because there was little hot water! Eek!?! My husband and I made many calls to Vacasa as well as other property manager and got no results. The local manager tried to help but ultimately had to deferred to the property owner. The property owner has offered us nothing for our inconvenience. Very little accountability and Vacasa has cornered the market on beach rentals. read more

The pictures are a lie, don't look anything like what you get. Our TV didn't work, no cable, the noise from the street was bad, so couldn't open the doors, but the noise from next door echoed in our room and with no TV was terrible. The Coffee Maker didn't work, showers lukewarm. Nothing like what they advertised. Will never trust this name again. They have text help that is no help since it's a script. The phone people are nice but have no power to help. and the management sucks as they won't stand behind the ads or help after. read more

I was not impressed. I will not ever rent thru them again. TI also will not refer any of my friends or family to them. There was a mistake made and I asked for help to try and fix my rental. They refused and I had to stay at a hotel instead of staying in the little hut they gave me. The rental was not represented well and had an odor along with not being very comfortable. Terrible customer service!! We showed up at Embarcadero/#444, which was a dump... Smelled bad, dirty walls, stained sheets, broken furniture/blinds, water leak/mess on kitchen floor, coffee grounds left in maker, TV didn't work, no cell ph service. Even though I purchased trip insurance, they would not relocate us, refund us (so we could leave), NOTHING!! Just a "too bad, I'm so sorry" . I will never use Vacasa again, let alone recommend them. What a shame. We spend a healthy amount of money for a "vacation" & get a response like that. Never again! I'm sure there'll be a response here like "oh we're so sorry, we can't find your reservation, I'll look into it, please email us your experience directly, blah blah blah"...well I did, now what?! read more

Rockaway Beach Villa is dirty, run down & a huge rip off. We paid $5K for my Dad's 80 year bday and what a mess! Blood was on one set of sheets, sliding glass door was extremely hard to open, left over food was still in microwave, BBQ was extremely filthy & greasy. Worst beach house you can imagine (for the money). When we contacted Vacasa they had excuses like it was their house cleaners last day...but the grime and stains obviously have been there awhile. Run from this dive & don't look back!!! read more

The house and property were quite nice, but that's it. The advertisement for the rental claimed that there was a hot tub on the premises, and there was not. The TV coaxial connection was broken, so no cable. The Wi-Fi router is present, but no service. Multiple vertical blinds broken, so no privacy. We contacted this sham of a company to ask as to why we were mislead on some things, and how the broken items could be fixed. The unprofessional woman on the other end simply said: "sorry, we can't do anything" about the broken items not in service. She then explained that "no hot tub was advertised ." This place was clean, quiet, cozy, and comfortable. The amenities are well thought out while the style is on the eclectic side of the aisle. 100' from the beach with a great view of the surf from the front porch and the crows nest. I took my daughter and her friends for a weekend at Rockaway Beach. We rented a 2 br 2 bath house managed by Vacasa on a last minute deal, which ended up costing about $125/night including tax and cleanout. After reading the reviews I was pleasantly surprised with the place. It was well equipped and comfortable, and the location was great. I would give a strong 4 stars except for two issues: 1) the cleaning people left dirty dishes and wet towels around, and a general sense that they had not done a very careful job, and 2) ANY VACATION RENTAL AGENCY SHOULD KNOW NOT TO ALLOW PEOPLE TO BOIL CRAB IN THE RENTAL!!! The place reeked to high heaven. In response to management comment - Of course it's difficult to control what renters do. I have, however, seen some rental agencies impose a significant extra cleanout fee if people stink up the place by boiling crab. I love crab, but always cook it outside in a kettle. read more

Very unhappy with the treatment we got from Vacasa. There was a city mandate for all renters to vacate...Vacasa notified us of this at 9:00 pm to vacate by noon the next day. They only offered a credit for the 4 nights we couldn't stay, rather than offering a refund. On top of this, they straight up lied about the accommodations. Claiming the house had a room with a single queen bed and a room with 2 doubles and 2 singles. The room with a queen also had a twin and the other room only had a twin, so we were short beds. When I brought this to Vacasa's attention they offered nothing but the equivalent of a "my bad"! I will NEVER rent through Vacasa again!!!! read more

I don't know what a traveler is supposed to do: Vacasa seems to manage every single rental house and condo on the Oregon Coast. We've been renting beach houses for 30 years or more, and this time was the worst: the property is 630 S. Pacific Street in Rockaway ORegon. We rented it for our annual President's Day Weekend family trip, and we chose it because It was advertised with a hot-tub. It did have a tub in the backyard, but it was full of cold water. We called Vacasa immediately upon discovering this, which was about an hour into our two night stay. Someone came out to look at it about 18 hours later, when we had one night left. She claimed to have fixed the problem, but the water only got colder. The price was not cheap for this house, and compounded with the additional maintenance issues (burned out light bulbs that we couldn't reach in the ceiling, a grill that fell of the microwave, and no propane left for the bbq), we were very disappointed. We chose this place because hot tubs are important during winter on the Oregon Coast. We could have chosen a less expensive and nicer house that didn't advertise a hot tub. Vacasa didn't agree to refund a portion of our rent. Multiple calls and letters were answered very slowly, and the result was that they "referred our question on to the owner." We aren't holding our breath to hear back from the probably out-of-state owner, and will search hard for some other way to rent beach properties that aren't controlled by Vacasa. read more

We stayed at a condo in a unit on 23rd street - #204, the condo was delightful! From the amazing views of the beach (which is just steps away) to the fully equipped kitchen, to the balcony and spacious unit, we loved it all! It was the perfect getaway and plenty of room for a group of 6. We loved the lack of people on the beach as we were seeking a quieter weekend. The windows in the living room were truly floor to ceiling - stunning views! We will be back when in the area. read more

We really loved this rental. The house was really nice. The beds were comfortable. It was really clean. You can see and hear the ocean from the deck. This was a great location to see and do a lot of things. Garabaldi marina, cannon beach, Tillamook Cheese factory etc. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. The house has 2 balconies and a large master bedroom that was great. Neighborhood is quiet. We really recommend this rental and recommend renting from Vacasa. We have used different companies for vacation rentals and this is by far our favorite. We had a few hiccups and they were very kind and accommodating. First off, the maste bedroom door handle is broke which we found later in a baggy in a kitchen drawer. This left no exit whatsoever out of the master if there were a fire seeing as how there were no windows only the sliding door to balcony. Second...one of the gals got stuck for 15 minutes on the front balcony due to that handle coming off. Seriously considered calling fire dept because there was no way to get her into the condo. It was finally opened from pulling incredibly hard from the inside risking breaking this one. Had this happened while no one was here with her she would of had no way back inside. Third, the hallway bathroom shower leaks under the floor and carpet outside into the hallway. You could not walk down the hallway without getting your dry socks all wet. We had to use towels on the floor both days all day. Come to find out after one of our several calls to management, the broken door handle on master and shower leak are actually on their maintenance list and they continue to rent the unit out. With do disclosure to renters Third and this is by far the best, the fire alarm for the whole building went off in the morning. The guests from each unit had to evacuate. It was a good long while and no fire department or anyone was showing up. Management was called and we were told that only the fire dept can shut off the alarm but...its kind of hard for the fire dept to come and shut it off when the management company chooses to NOT have the fire dept called. This is what we were told. we were also informed that the alarm does this about twice a month. But..all the furniture in our condo was super comfy! There you have it..enjoy your stay if you choose vacasa ;) read more

I rented a home in Rockaway Beach with a couple friends on a last minute getaway. Overall we had a great experience. The layout of the house was good, rooms were good size, hot tub worked well, and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes. They even had two beach chairs, a kite and a few sand toys for us to use in the garage. The only real cons were that the yard itself was tiny and the neighbors are literally 3 feet away. I saw a few of the homes here with Vacasa signs, but they were intermixed between homes of people who lived there year round. Gotta feel a little sorry for those guys. Except for the walk ability to the beach (which was 'technically' walkable, but not really with young kids crossing the highway), the home was described well and the pictures were current. Everything was clean, and the check in/out instructions were so simple that I never once had to contact the company. read more

Pacific City is one of my favorite coastal spots in Oregon. I searched on different sites to find a beach house that met our needs. Going through Vacasa was organized and easy. The rental was absolutely gorgeous and had all the amenities we needed to have a home away-from-home. It was even better that this rental was a short walk away from the beach, and the space around it was manicured and clean. This rental property is attached to another (like a duplex townhouse) but we didn't even notice the other family during the trip besides the times we came face-to-face since we arrived at somewhat the same time. Noise on the other side of the house was not an issue whatsoever. We had a little difficulty getting access to the house key in the lock box but the number to call a helpline was easily displayed and there was actually someone whom we connected with to help us out over the phone and get us into the beach house. The trip could have started out a different way because we arrived after the front office working hours - but luckily it worked out with them having other forms of contact after hours. The rental property is located in a neighborhood of what seemed to be rental properties so there was a clean and manicured ambiance to the place. My family thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the rental property. We'll definitely plan on coming back in the future. read more

We stayed at the Nedonna Beach condos in Rockaway. The setting is fantastic, with floor to ceiling windows right on the beach. Unfortunately those fabulous windows also allowed someone to watch us from the beach. They entered the unit soon after we went to bed and grabbed some valuables. We believe the locking mechanisms on the front doors are faulty (no deadbolt from the inside, easy to inadvertently unlock the handle from the outside, door not tight in the latch so it can be pushed open even if locked). The property managers were slow to respond and stuck to the position that the door is fine and that they aren't responsible for thefts. Vacasa's lack of response added insult to injury. Also, I see the other review about the elevator. While we were able to operate the elevator, it was very confusing. The police officer who responded about the theft said usually the only reason they come to the property is to rescue people stuck in the elevators. read more

Received an email from Eric Stating that the reservation policy is clearly stated both on the website and when you call. Not true. I had to ask the booking agent what the policy was after she ran my card to book the room and was about to hang up, and after she quickly rattled off the policy I had to clarify. I said,"so I can cancel or change it 24 hours before?" And she replied "yes". I even put this on my calendar a couple of days before my reservation date on case I needed to make a change. I did not book through VRBO or the Vacasa website so can't speak to those. Vacasa has now lost a returning client. read more

Here is a quick synopsis of our stay in the Montauk #205 at Nedonna Views. - The minute we walked in the front door, the unit smelled like wet dog - The master bedroom smelled like a dog had slept in the bed and been bathed in the master bathtub - The master bedroom had NO ventilation as the back door was boarded up and not usable, and that is the only ventilation for the room (no windows and no vents to the heating/cooling system in the house). This made the room muggy and hot, almost unbearable at night to sleep in. - The dryer was left full of damp towels - There was a gash/hole in the tile in the kitchen floor that was taped over with painter's tape - None of the windows/doors opened properly (the handles were extremely hard to use), and one even said it "may be close to end of it's useful life" so to be careful with it - There was mold throughout the house (baseboards, bathrooms, etc) - The shower in the guest bathroom was not draining, and backing up the water into the shower when being used - The WiFi would not allow us to access our remote desk tops for work - Management offered to bring us air fresheners to cover up the wet dog smell in the entire unit - After emailing the management with pictures of the unit and description of the stay, we were not even contacted by Vacasa to even attempt to rectify the stay read more

We were told our room was at Sandstone Point Hotel next to Edgecliff Motel. The first person I spoke with told me how great the place was in glowing terms. He said the place was being renovated, so we were getting a different room and being "rewarded" with a late check-out. He ranted about how wonderful the room was and it was updated. It turned out that the update was a new comforter. When we arrived the furniture was run down with chips and scratches in every piece. The deck hadn't been swept or cleaned in ages and there was dirt on the single plastic chair. I would never dream of sitting on that filthy mess. The TV wasn't working and we spoke to a guy named Todd who could only send a local guy over to bring us extra pillows and get the TV going. There was garbage strewn on the grounds, the stairs to our room were dirty to say the least. We asked to leave and for a refund. Todd sent a very nice man over and he upgraded our room. He said the agents often oversell a room. The room this guy gave glowing reports about was about to be gutted. We did get a better view and a cleaner room, but also got an email that if we were to have a late check out, we would be charged $20.00. This is a terrible company read more

Really great service! The house was better than I expected even though it was old. Gorgeous view of Twin Rocks and miles of the coastline. Quick 3 min drive to beach. We never got the wifi to work even after calling CenturyLink do a few girls went over their data plans, but everything else about this place was great! Clean, very comfy, slept 8 people, and all the information we needed for the whole weekend! Thank you, Vacasa! We will be using you again and recommending you to others! read more

I've stayed in Rockaway Beach 3 times now with Vacasa, at 3 different rentals, and will definitely be back! Booking through their website is super easy. Each time I arrived to a consistently clean and inviting home. I highly recommend the "Rockaway Beach Villa" for large groups, and any of the "Nedonna Views Condos" for smaller groups or romantic getaways! read more

I have stayed in Costa Rica several times in several places. I loved this condo!! The view is better than I expected! Very clean, staff is wonderful and I felt very safe. I am going to try to book it again for my next trip! We stayed in Diamante Del Sol S202. Had a great view of the beach! read more
