We came here on a suggestion for skateboard/longboard. We've been to one other store and it was meh. Trevor was our stellar longboard master help this evening. He was SO knowledgeable and patient with us. We easily sucked up almost 2 hours of his time. He went above and beyond in my opinion for customer service. We walked out with a beautiful put together long board that my daughter felt great about as a beginner- wheel color & type, bearings, & truck color of her choice- all switched out by this cool dude- Free of charge for him to give her exactly what she wanted to boot! Plus all the tools and padding needed for her to get started with. The rest of this store...now I'll admit that I have t been in too many store like this but it seems to me they have a lot of great things to offer for multiple type of "sports". Frisbee golf, water sport, winter sports... They even carry some hats, fun gloves, backpacks, sunglasses, and even summer flip flops! We will definitely be back when Emma is ready to do some upgrading or need the bearings changed on her board. These guys rock!!!

They also have a nice locker-room like space downstairs for you to store things during group runs. A great place to support if you are looking to shop local!

They have been around since 1988. Although it wasn't his cup of tea for a skate board shop,they had what he needed. J said that the guys were really nice and they probably were had I not been so impatient that night, I probably would have talked them up too. They asked J if I was mad because it was taking so long and I looked huffy, but I'm sure they get a lot of wives in there who get impatient waiting. J's reply, "nah she just looks mean". Giving it a 4 based on the end result of the long board, the guys were really great per J and the fact that they did it so close to closing time. I may have to return to experience more of it through my own eyes. What I did see warrants a 4.

I was having issues tuning my bow and brought it in for tuning and also got my peep changed. Grant helped me and he was extremely knowledgeable (he's a competitive archery shooter with decades of experience both shooting and working on bows). Of equal importance he had great customer service kindly offering expert recommendations based on his experience while not acting overly arrogant. Finally, he was personable / kind throughout the process during which we chatted about hunting, bows, etc. I found the price I was charged for the time he worked on my bow to be more than reasonable (~$20 for the tuning) Worth the drive from the twin cities (~ 30 min).

Pedego electric bikes are definitely well built and solid. In fact the bicycle is better assembled…read morethan most competitors. The downside to me is price and weight. The bikes are (perhaps unsurprisingly) quite pricey and, though sturdy are also heavy and somewhat unwieldy. The store is relatively small with a limited selection. Specifically the store had no tricycles for me to peruse or test. The lack of an electric tricycle was problematic since I had traveled a fair distance to sample a Pedego trike. The store owner was affable, voluble and knowledgeable. He said that he would notify me as soon as he had an electric trike in stock. That was several weeks ago and unfortunately I never heard from him. To be fair the matter might have completely slipped his mind but it is still irritating. I would have liked to have an opportunity to evaluate a trike but apparently it wasn't to be. In any case I'm reconsidering my options. Who knows, I might contemplate a Pedego product in the future.

The store then offers to accept them on their account for what amounts to a $300 upcharge. Classic bait and switch. I called them out on facebook for this and was blocked.
