Does not once acknowledge that as a representative and salesperson for Allen Peterson and the person with whom I have contact that it is his responsibility to make sure that the installation is proceeding as planned AND if it doesn't go according to plan, it is his job to rectify it. I've bought many appliances from A&P in the past and have had issues but have had salespeople remedy the situation. This is the first time that I've had a sales person take no responsibility. Atrocious. Never again.

I meandered to the back where it said Geek Squad and asked about where I could find an Apple genius. The guy was untactful telling me that it was the car area. I don't know the ins and outs of Geek Squad and he just was t helpful. Then when I tracked down a guy near the Apple products he told me go to Geek Squad near the checkout. So I did that and told the Geek about my appointment. To which he told me they don't replace the screens there, don't even have parts for it and wasn't sure why Apple let me make an appointment to have it solved at this location. This guy was actually nice at least and gave me helpful information on where to go next.

I brought it in to this store, and the fella ran it for a second, poked at it, then put on a new belt. Quick and easy! The charge was surprisingly low... the fella was a doll. Love my Kirby, and love my Kirby store! I also want to add that if you are looking for a Kirby, they have refurbished models at the store... wish I'd known THAT when I bought mine!!!
