I meandered to the back where it said Geek Squad and asked about where I could find an Apple genius. The guy was untactful telling me that it was the car area. I don't know the ins and outs of Geek Squad and he just was t helpful. Then when I tracked down a guy near the Apple products he told me go to Geek Squad near the checkout. So I did that and told the Geek about my appointment. To which he told me they don't replace the screens there, don't even have parts for it and wasn't sure why Apple let me make an appointment to have it solved at this location.
