In early July 2015 I ordered an Apollo microwave for $500 plus $35 shipping, for our RV. I was assured I'd receive it in about two weeks. When I didn't receive it, I called again and they told me they hadn't even started building it yet. They assured me I'd get it in two weeks. Now this wasn't a very pleasant call. I had to drag every bit of information out of him, and he really didn't want to commit to anything. I really began to wonder if I was dealing with one of those scam businesses. Well, it still wasn't here in the next two weeks. After another couple frustrating calls, it finally got here between 5 and 6 weeks after I ordered it. One of the most needed features was the convection oven. At this time it's only mid March 2016 and the convection oven has quit working. I tried the broiler, but that isn't working, now, either. That makes it just 7 months since we received the unit to breakdown. Now the microwave feature still works, but I didn't buy just the microwave for $535.00. The oven was the main feature and broiler next most important. This is the biggest waste of time and money. I would not recommend doing business with or buying anything from Apollo Worldwide (also called Apollo Half-Time Ovens.) I checked the BBB for the West Palm Beach FL area and there are three other complaints very similar to mine including the rude treatment and hangups mid call. I wish that I, too, had cancelled my order.

We brought them our RV and they came out, measured, allowed us to make a few adjustments then in about a week it was ready. Perfect fit, comfortable and so happy I used them. I have been a customer of this business for around 30 years. Around three years ago, Steve, the…read morelongtime manager, acquired ownership of the store from the former owner. I originally started using them because they are a real Miele dealer; many vacuum cleaner stores and service locations are not real Miele-authorized dealers, and I feel it is better to buy from an authorized dealer in case of any warranty issues. In addition, buying locally means you are recognized by a store as a repeat customer when you need service, and there are advantages at that point. We live in a large home on Palm Beach Island and have two Miele vacuum cleaners, which our housekeeper probably is a little too rough with when moving them around. Steve had taken care of them from time to time, and the Miele's hold up better than other vacuums. When we bought them while the prior owner had the store, and Steve was just the manager, the owner sold us lifetime service contracts. When Steve bought the store, he has continued to honor our contracts, even though he has no legal responsibility to do so. We have found his prices on repairs to be fair and reasonable. We recommend this store.
