I have used Mike in the past for a fridge that would not cool. He came out and initially defrosted…read morethe coils. He suspected it may be a sensor problem and when that was confirmed he ordered the part and replaced it. This was back in April. Friday night it looked like the same issue was happening again. It texted Mike on Friday night and by Sunday morning they responded and Mike was here by 8:30 am!!. Looks like the sensor failed ( Not Mikes fault). He will be back to replace the sensor but still defrosted the coils so the fridge will work until the part comes in. That is GREAT service. I will continue to use Mike in the future
