    A brand new , zero miles, 2024 Chevrolet Silverado completely malfunctioned. This is the 5th time, the fourth time, they had my truck for months, I was told my truck was fixed and ready for me to pick it up. I was also told that my paperwork was not ready and would be emailed to me later on that day. The young lady at the desk asked me "Was I driving my truck today?" and I paused and looked at her with a blank stare....why would she be asking me this??....i replied "Yes, I need my truck." I drove 5 mins up the road to get on I95 and as soon as I accelerated my truck sputtered and would not go faster than 25 miles per hour. Mind you this is the exact same thing it has been doing all 4 times! Scared out my mind, I immediately pulled over and put my hazards on. This is beyond crazy...I felt like I was going to die, not to mention how incredibly unsafe this was when the speed limit is 70 miles per hour. It took me 45 mins just to return my truck back to the dealership. When I got back, no one cared or even gave me an apology. Now I'm getting the runaround again. I am completely loosing my trust in Chevrolet, as currently I still own 2 Chevrolets. I was promised it was going to be fixed, not to mention everytime it is there, I have to reach out to them first. I reach out to them just to see if there is any update on the vehicle. Everytime my truck has been at the Chevrolet dealership it has been well over 3 weeks each time, and this time mysteriously I couldn't have a rental car. Over 150 days total my car has been in the shop since I bought it. Their overall unprofessionalism reflects when you try to ask for a reasonable explanation. They get all tied up in their own lies. My patience is being tested , and the principle of it, this is a really bad experience! We are deeply disappoint with the levels of service we have been getting with the dealership. The dealers lack of follow-up is horrible customer service, especially when we have been Chevrolet loyal customers for over 10+ years total.

    I am leaving a two star review because as far as the salesman and finance guy they were great! However, after going through the process to purchase a 21 Tahoe from them, meaning my credit had been ran and was told what the monthly note would be, I was then informed that the coolant valve needed to be replaced. The day I planned to drive down, under the impression this was being fixed, I was not informed until I was an hour from the dealership (I live 4 hrs from here) that the truck would not be ready once we completed the paperwork. They were gracious enough to provide a loaner. It took them a week to fix that issue and once I was told it was finished we drove back down to pick it up. I was very transparent with my schedule and when I was coming down due to the drive. We did not even get ten minutes up the road from picking the truck up and the check engine light came on!!! To say the least, I was furious!!! Again, The sales guy we worked with was very nice and got us what we wanted, and the finance gentleman was fantastic to deal with. My biggest issue is not doing a full inspection of the vehicle prior to listing the vehicle is ready to be sold. Had the inspection been completed prior to listing for sale, then all of these issues could have been repaired and we could have avoided all this extra drama.

In January 2013, with my one month old son, I was T-boned at 55mph. Each staff member has been amazing!! :) NOW FOR THE TRUE REVIEW of the ONE person who has stood out: Mike Rouge was the sales person this round (Malcolm and Mike worked together) Mike was hands on every step of the way, my husband is deployed at this time and it was just my one month old son and myself trying to purchase a new car, return a rental and get paper work mailed overseas to my husband.. ect... A month after I had my outback I had an issue (fixable) but still an issue, I had no one to call, had no clue what to do, I called Mike. He drove to my house on his OFF day to help me figure everything out, get my little one in the house, stayed with my car until it was able to be towed and another vehicle for me to drive. My case was exhausting and difficult and every step of the way, he has helped, made sure I have understood everything and personally has went out of his way SEVERAL times. Never once letting on that I was probable driving him crazy..haha I cannot say enough about Subaru of Savannah each person has been hands on, even has helped me with my little one :) I have never dreaded going to their office. I can truly say if you want an amazing experience and honesty, SEE MIKE ROUGE

    Avoid this service department…read more I own a 2015 Honda Pilot with approximately 106,000 miles. The vehicle had no check engine light, no loss of power, no exhaust symptoms, and was brought in for nothing more than a routine oil change. After the oil change, I was told that my entire exhaust system was clogged and was presented with a repair estimate exceeding $10,000. I was told the catalytic converters, A-pipe, mufflers, heat shields, gaskets, and related components needed replacement. I was even advised that I would be better off putting that money toward a new vehicle. This did not happen in a vacuum. Prior to this visit, the dealership had repeatedly attempted to buy my vehicle from me. Multiple times I received offers that were a fraction of what the vehicle was actually worth. Then, after bringing the vehicle in for a routine oil change, I was suddenly told it needed over $10,000 in repairs and that I should consider replacing it. When I asked for evidence, I was sent a blurry photo with a few specks of debris circled and was told that catalytic converter material was clogging the exhaust. For a repair recommendation of this magnitude, the evidence provided was astonishingly weak. Fortunately, I did not authorize the work. Instead, I took the Pilot to an independent mechanic for a second opinion. Their conclusion: nothing is wrong with the vehicle. No clogged exhaust. No failed exhaust system. No $10,000 repair bill. Think about that for a moment. A vehicle that was supposedly in need of more than ten thousand dollars of exhaust work was examined by an independent mechanic and found to have no such problem. This is also not my first serious issue with this dealership's service department. During a previous service visit, they returned my vehicle after forgetting to refill the transmission fluid. That kind of mistake can cause catastrophic damage and should never happen in a professional service environment. At this point I have completely lost confidence in anything this service department recommends. Being told that a perfectly functional vehicle needs repairs approaching five figures, while simultaneously being encouraged to replace or sell that vehicle, is not something any customer should have to deal with. If you receive a major repair recommendation from this dealership, get a second opinion before spending a single dollar.

I spoke with a white male on the phone who stated he was in internet sales. He said he had two Metallic Gray ones on the lot for me to look at. We chatted for a moment and I indicated to him I was also looking at the Ford Ranger Raptor. After discussing my interest in performance trucks we set up a time to come into the dealership the next day at 11:00 a.m. for me to look at the Pro 4XR's he had in stock. The sales person said he would have the vehicle ready and moved to the front of the dealership by the time I got there, I immediately scheduled my entire day's activities around this appointment and today, June 2nd, drove the almost 40-mile trip to the Grainger Nissan in Savannah. Upon arrival I was met at the door by a black sales person....I believe his name was Wally. I explained to him why I was there. He seemed a bit confused, but invited me inside and eventually told me to wait while he went to "get the keys" for the vehicle in which I was interested. After waiting for several minutes Wally returned and told me that the vehicles in which I was interested was still on the transport truck in the back and had yet to be unloaded and prepped. He asked me to wait once more while he again departed and left me in the showroom. Wally eventually returned and this time apologetically informed me that they did not have any Nissan Frontier Pro 4XR's on their lot at all. He then told me that Pro 4XR's were special order only and were not usually stocked at dealerships. Of course I had done my homework and know this is certainly not true since there were an abundance of those vehicles on hand at other dealerships within driving distance. Bottom line, this was a completely wasted day....a complete waste of my time and money ....because of fraudulent information and misrepresentation provided me by Grainger Nissan of Savannah. I have purchased vehicles in the past from the Grainger family. In fact my current vehicle, a 2023 NIssan Frontier Pro 4X, was purchased from Grainger Nissan and I most recently purchased a 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring from Grainger Honda. To experience the kind of total failure I experienced from them today is unacceptable and most unprofessional. I will certainly take my auto buying business elsewhere.
