Front of the shop - Easy access from the Interstate

Easy access from the Interstate, if you need to grab a cup of coffee or something to munch on before you head out deeply into the mountains, this place is for you. Spacious parking lot right in front, the shop itself is quite roomy. I was pleased with the wide range of sandwiches and pastries (both sweet and savory) to choose from. I was especially happy to see that they have several different flavors of empanadas. They also have some board games for the diners to play to kill time if they end up staying there for a little longer for whatever reason. With that said, this is simply not a place for a quick "grab and go" occasion only. It may not be super ambient but not a bad place to sit down and relax either. We got a canned sparkling soda, matcha latte, premade sandwich and empanada. A bit pricey though because technically speaking, they are in the mountains so their price ms are somewhat close to what you might see at a typical ski resort nearby. At least the young man upfront was very pleasant and nice to us.

Every time I head up I-70 into the mountains, I make it a point to stop here. It's not a cheap spot, but the service is always top-notch - the people working here are genuinely friendly and welcoming! I love their coffee, and I'm a big fan of the bacon quiches. Today I decided to kick off leaf-peeping season with a pumpkin spice latte, and it was incredible and not too sweet. In the summer, I usually go for their lavender lattes, which are delicious. The atmosphere is cozy, and you really can't beat the mountain views from this spot. Definitely worth a stop if you're heading that way!

I've always loved this place, and today was no different. I stopped by with a friend on our way to Breckenridge and she said she had the best matcha of her life (and she's picky!). I got the spicy pumpkin chai and it was incredible. The pastries were perfectly flaky and delicious. The baristas are always so sweet and personable. Highly recommend every time. Even if you're just passing by!

Great spot to stop between Denver and Avon! The Carne Asada empanada with verde was amazing along with the views. Friendly staff and fast service.

I've always enjoyed Vail Mountain coffee, so I was glad to find this location on the way to Georgetown. The coffee was great and the baristas were very friendly. I love that they have so many gluten free snacks! Thank you! We'll definitely stop by again on our next visit to the mountains.

The asada empanada was both tasty and large in serving size. I sampled my friends coffee had the bottled drink myself which was a nice new drink discovery. Price wasn't bad and it was next to a gas station so bonus points for the detour benefits. Good spot for a drink or snack in Colorado

This coffee house is beautiful and has really good coffee and a friendly staff. Located next to a board shop so it's perfect for snowboarders!

Loved this coffee shop! The lavender latte was fantastic--the espresso was rich and flavorful. I also picked up a bag of beans to take home. Plenty of seating inside, making it a great spot to relax. If you're passing through, definitely worth a stop!

Perfect pit stop on our way to Denver airport. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We got an espresso and iced vanilla latte. Tasted great and price was fair! We also tried their empanada, breakfast burrito, blueberry muffin, ham and cheese croissant and chocolate croissant. Many options to choose from. Even cold sandwiches and drinks. Also coffee beans to go. Very clean bathroom!

Just stopped by in a pit stop from hiking and the staff here is so lovely!! They were so kind to me and my friends and sparked up some nice conversation! The cashier made a great suggestion to get a chai latte, which I did with almond milk. I got 2 drinks and they came out to $17. They had tons of good options from coffee to teas and little bites!

    Is there a drive thru?

We do not have a drive through but we have plenty of parking and an efficient staff to get you out and on your way. Also the cleanest bathrooms on I 70.

They were busy when we stopped in on a Saturday morning - busier than usual because apparently the other coffee shop was closed. The staff was apologetic for the chaos but they did an awesome job holding it down! I got an iced vanilla latte, the breakfast sandwich on bagel, and a donut. The donuts are from a local baker and they were delicious! The coffee was also very good. I enjoyed the breakfast sandwich but I think I didn't realize it did not automatically come with cheese. That's on me, so this is my tip to you - it's delicious and would be even better with cheese. There is a little bit of seating inside but a ton of seating outside, which was perfect because it was a nice day. You should definitely stop in if you happen to find yourself in Georgetown. I'm the furthest thing from a health nut you could imagine, but went with veggies wanting to give my hard working heart a tiny bit of a break! I expected sautéed, but it was basically an arugula salad under the egg. Greens, red onion, bell pepper, tomatoes... how does this work? AMAZING! DELICIOUS! Best bite I've had in months. They had some staffing issues so Mama herself (I'm guessing) was there to help out. Fantastic experience all around.

I get it on ciabatta with bacon and their bacon is actually quality crispy, flavorful, not flimsy. The chipotle aioli is what really makes it though. So good. Heads up: this sandwich is big. Like, if you're not a big eater, you could easily split it. I didn't even finish mine and gave about a quarter to my mom It's perfect if you're about to have an active day and need something filling. I also ordered a medium matcha with vanilla and my total came out to about $20, which is a little pricey in my opinion but the portion size makes up for it. The matcha was good, but quick tip: if you like your drinks sweet, make sure to ask for sugar or flavor. I always forget and end up with a bitter drink lol. Everyone here is always super nice and welcoming. I genuinely have nothing bad to say about this place. I go here often and already plan to be back in a couple weeks. Solid food, big portions, good vibes. Highly recommend.

I don't even know how long it's been since I first got to know about this mountain town coffee…read moreshop. It's been on the "must go" list for a while but I finally had a chance to visit it on a beautiful mid-February day today. It sure was worth the drive and time all the way from the south Denver. The moment I stepped inside, the warm welcoming atmosphere was sensed. As soon as the lady upfront greeted me cordially, I felt more comfortable and relaxed. The instantaneous gratification hit me where I almost uttered "I am glad that I took the time to come here!" I wanted to peruse the menu. To my "Give me a moment" statement, the kind lady said "Of course, take your time. We also have a Valentine's Day special drink right here!". It was a white chocolate based mocha which sounded quite sweet so I asked her if it was sweet to which she said "It's very sweet but we can always adjust it to half the syrup!" All kinds of considerate words were made in each of her reply. I decided to go simple today; I went with the drip coffee which comes with unlimited free refills. The lady gave me one of the cups and told me where the pot that contained the drip was located. Alongside the pot, there was a super mini refrigerator that contained two jars of cold milk: one is half and half and the other is oat milk. What a kind care the shop does to keep them chilled. The simple drip coffee was just what I needed; it hit the spot. And tasted clean with no burnt notes at all. Quality coffee indeed. As I was immersed in this review writing in the ambient setting, the shop started to fill with guests. Although it's so tucked in this little mountain town, there appear to be "coffee fanatic fans" that know this place. And like me, I assume that many of them are not the local town folk. There is no wonder why they are drawn to it; they know where to find great coffee spots. I loved every single bit of this cozy place. My recommendation is only one of the multitude of others that know this place.
