I've been coming to Empire Edge Grill for years and it never disappoints. My go-to order is the Empire breakfast sandwich and it is so good. I get it on ciabatta with bacon and their bacon is actually quality crispy, flavorful, not flimsy. The chipotle aioli is what really makes it though. So good. Heads up: this sandwich is big. Like, if you're not a big eater, you could easily split it. I didn't even finish mine and gave about a quarter to my mom It's perfect if you're about to have an active day and need something filling. I also ordered a medium matcha with vanilla and my total came out to about $20, which is a little pricey in my opinion but the portion size makes up for it. The matcha was good, but quick tip: if you like your drinks sweet, make sure to ask for sugar or flavor. I always forget and end up with a bitter drink lol. On my way up to WP, I needed some food to hit the slopes. Staying in G'town, I decided to hit Empire Edge on the way up the pass.
