Stroll by the huge glass windows to see some of the collectible stored cars is worth going as well as the Duncatis motorcycles. Maybe you fancy a Louis Vuitton picnic ready Vespa? It's there. Looking for that special vehicle? Walk to the other building and find your dream car amongst some of the most beautiful cars. Or maybe you'd like some custom additions to your ride, that's also an option. Stop by the coffee shop while browsing. Graham even has some of his collection is on display too. Fun to visit. Would recommend it to all.

Personally knowing Ken Lingenfelter was a strong consideration in this selection and Graham making a strong recommendation as well. July 29, 2021 I placed my order through outsourcing by GRP and within 4wks the unit was delivered and I was put on schedule for installation. My car was dropped off and I can say it was treated with care. The guys at the shop worked on my car and ensured it was right as well as perfect before returning it to me. Alex Sweet kept me apprised of the situation with my car, as far as where they were in the installation and re-calibration of the valves. I can say the shop had paperwork that detailed my cost on parts and labor and the expectations I should see once completed. I couldn't be happier with the end results of my car. When I came to pick the car up everything was explained and shown to me, of the operation. I've since made several referrals for GRP, especially when it comes to C8 Corvette performance work. Three days after getting my car back I personally got a phone call from the automotive world renowned Ken Lingenfelter who inquired not only about the namesake exhaust on my Corvette but my experience at GRP. I had nothing but great things to say and Ken hopes to be able to have an automotive performance facility in the Indy Metro area that is certified to handle the Lingenfelter product line of LPE parts. So, with all that's been said about Graham Rahal and his GRP shop, I wouldn't allow anyone else aside from them, to do work on my car, at least work of this caliber.

We are first time Tesla owners and did not have the front end wrapped when we took delivery, after a few months, we had more chips and dings in the front end and it looked horrible. We took touch up paint to Rod and he made the front. End look like new before he applied to PPF. those guys are true professionals. The car was finished when he said it would be. It was done to perfection. I would highly recommend Indy Bra.

Everything you have read in the other reviews as far as Roderick's professionalism, upbeat positive attitude, and willingness to work with your schedule is true but as positive as that is it isn't what is really important. First the Lumar film had me worried but after some lengthy internet research I found it was rated as one of the three manufacturers you want installed and Lumar was the only hydrophobic PPF. The research also showed me that the installer is actually the most important factor. First impression I couldn't tell anything was installed and 6 weeks later I still can't unless I look where I know I can find a seam (Did not get car fully covered). I do see where rocks have hit the car over 6 weeks but see no paint chipping. Like most people I don't give reviews often and when I do it's usually to warn people so when I give a good review it's because the service went above and beyond. Since I first wrote this review and posted it at the wrong business (review was removed), I dented one of my cars with a luggage cart and called for a reference for paintless dent repair, well they do that too. They had me come in the next business day and made the dents disappear giving me a little more time with a flawless new car (until someone gives me a fresh dent).

Well similar to that story, a miracle occurred here. Except Dave was Moses and the debris and dirt in my car was the Red Sea. The car has over 200,000 miles on it and decades of hard living. It is usually our family's car for transporting large or difficult loads of items. Also for transporting the dogs, which shed a lot. But, as we were expecting our first child and needed a car that could fit the whole family, we trusted My Baby. And boy did they deliver! The baby has come and it's a girl, btw. Today we used the car to transport her to her first doctor's appointment and the car was so clean. On behalf of my actual baby, thanks MyBaby! Worth every dollar.

My Baby Detailing's name is an ode to that emotional attachment we have of our cars. That special bond that is indeed like the baby of the family, referred to as "my baby". I scheduled an impromptu detail with Josh while in town after just purchasing the car. I got lucky and they squeezed me in which I was grateful for. The pricing was slightly more than competitors in the area after calling around. The SUV was rough with extremely heavy dust and dog hair. My biggest concern was the interior, however I did elect to do a hand wash. The time table promised was by 5 PM close. That allowed them four hours work. They offer a clean and comfortable waiting area with complimentary drinks and snacks. Also FREE WiFi. If you get hungry there is also a Domino's pizza in the adjoining building. A restroom is located in the rear had proper supplies and was clean. Also if you need a ride they offer a courtesy shuttle. I received a status from Josh around 4 PM that things were progressing well and it may be done earlier than expected, but no promises, Josh is the front end counter sales guy that does it all. With squeezing my car in a tight schedule he pitched in himself. At approximately 430 the car was approaching final touches of a hand wash. I paid with a credit card and was told I would have the opportunity to review my detail for total satisfaction prior to departure. With the understanding we are all human and can miss something, I also met the owner at the end of the day who was actively somewhat involved my detail. At 4:40 I was escorted to the shop for inspection and walk thru with two employees. We discussed the cars history and methods they used to clean. The car was restored to original 2017 factory, it was amazing. I am picky and found a few minor things they gladly addressed. I offered a tip which they gratefully accepted. I am thrilled at the level of professionalism the staff exhibited during my service. My Baby is the only detail shop I would ever use in Indy and I fully recommend.

Do not recommend. Went in for an oil change, left with a car maintenance (and customer service)…read moreproblem. After my routine oil change, my car began leaking oil. I returned to the Valvoline later the same day. There was one employee left for the day, even though it was more than an hour before they closed, and he said he wouldn't be able to "do anything" on his own (?) but went below the car to check. He said it was just "frame oil" meaning oil dripped during the change. He said he wiped it up and I should be good. When I woke up the next morning, my car was still leaking oil. My partner took the car in and had them re-do the oil change. He also checked my tire pressure and found one of the tires was almost flat. He asked the Valvoline employees if they checked my tire pressure the day before and they said they did. While Valvoline claims that oil change services include an 18-point maintenance check, which includes tire pressure, my receipt from the day before indicated that the tire pressure was not checked. So I guess you have to explicitly ask for air in your tires, even though the marketing includes that as part of the service you're paying for. Amazing. The re-did oil change was performed free of charge. It did not fix the leak. So began a claim process with Valvoline corporate. Valvoline corporate had me get the issue diagnosed at a mechanic and get a quote. The diagnosis was that the oil filter housing was crushed and damaged. Apparently not uncommon at quick oil change places that use machines and move quickly. Quote was more than $300. There was also a nail in my tire. Good to know. So I sent the quote to Valvoline corporate. They said they'd get back to me within 48 hours. I called back a few days later, they said they had to wait for the manager to approve it. This went on for a couple weeks. At one point a call rep mentioned offhand that the money had already been transferred to the mechanic for the work. I asked if I could go get the work done then, since Valvoline had paid for it. They said no, we had to wait for the local Valvoline location manager to approve it, that's "just how it works." They would put me on hold and call the branch and no one would answer. What a huge flaw in the system, huh. That happened multiple times. Valvoline corporate assured me they would call me back and they never, not once, did. After about a month, my car slowly leaking oil this entire time, I called one last time. The rep pulled up my claim and immediately apologized and said he was escalating it to every manager and they would get back to me the next business day. I waited a week after that and then finally just went to the mechanic and got the fix done that Valvoline had already paid for. I'm not sure why any sane person would wait as long as I did to get a "green light" from a manager who clearly did not care. The customer service process seems intentionally created to put all the burden on the customer. What is happening that nowadays we go to a get an oil change, receive a maintenance problem instead, and the company runs in circles for five weeks. At least my car was drivable in the meantime. At least Valvoline did pay for the repair. But I should have at the very least also received a refund for the botched oil change in the first place without having to ask.
