I know it's easy to make time to complain and give 1 star ratings. That being said, I made time to come here and give them the 5 stars they deserve. I was driving through town, all night on the road and had a check engine light come on. My truck automatically governs the speed and makes it a pain to drive. I still have 6 hours to go and saw this place next to a gas station. I stopped in and asked if they could make time to simply read a code so I had an idea of what to tell the dealer at my destination. I informed them that I had no problem on paying for the labor. The mechanic overheard the conversation, quickly came out with the computer, took fifteen minutes to read the code, pop the hood, look for a problem, reset the code, and say "We're good". Had a simple issue I needed fixed but I'm not automotive-savvy. I emailed the day before with my question of part replacement being in their list of services. Alan replied that same hour saying absolutely and to bring it in. I came in the next morning, he took a peek and said come back after 12 and he'd have the part and replace it. Very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I had to have my car towed there because my starter engine stopped working. They assessed it and fixed it by the end of the next day. Reasonable charges, even lower than another place that gave me a probable quote. I took it to another place two weeks prior and they said they weren't 100% sure what it was and didn't fix it. That left me stranded when I drove my car a few more times. Jensen Auto fixed it and I'm grateful! We will definitely return to this shop. read more

I used this company before and I must say he did a great job. So great I thought I would use him again. He told me Thursday that he had availability on Monday. I dropped my car off Sunday night as directed so it could get an oil change "first thing Monday morning" (Words from the mechanic) I called about followed up Monday @11:55 am talked to mechanic he hadn't worked on my car but said it would be done in the later part of afternoon. As the B1 service light on my car was oil change and tire rotation! Ok great! 5:15 comes and I heard nothing. I called again to follow up the woman who answered the phone said yes he looked at it but then quickly can back and said no it hadn't been inspected or worked on, but they could do it Tuesday!! A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!! No you can't do it tomorrow I told you on Thursday I needed my car back on later than Monday as I work a full time job with two kids!! My car sat all day with nothing done!! If the mechanic would have been honest up front at 11:55 I could have taken it elsewhere for an oil change!! read more
