I seen that Wing Haven had opened up in place of another business near Super-low Foods on Goodman…read more I thought I would give them a try. I got the 5 Pc Whole Wing Dinner with Seasoned Fries. I got what they call "The Charger" Hot for the wing flavor. I must say it was pretty hot (Which I Like!) Its the first time I ever received my wings with Jalapeños scattered around the plate. The employee taking my order was very pleasant and the place was very clean. They have a nice area to sit if you choose to eat in. They also have music playing. I really enjoyed the food and they would have received a five star if there had been carrots with the wings and they had not run out of ranch dressing. I have never received wings without carrots or celery. Most of the time its a combination of the two. I also had to pay extra for two little rolls (95 Cent Each) Those were the only things that bothered me. The wings were very good! The fries were also good and the service was outstanding. I will return

I only got two 10pc one with fries one with okra and a side of onion rings. The onions rings were burnt and everything else tasted like it was cooked in old burnt oil. There prices are high as well it was $35 for all I described I get it things went up and I'm new here bt there is now way I will return not when I am used to getting a whole combo meal drink included for $12 I felt robbed and I was still hungry wr literally threw the food away after a few bites

It's been a destination in every city that has one before now. First thing I do is bee line to the RC as soon as I land in town! To me, they are the epitome of the chicken tender gang game! There may be 107 other places that do exactly the same thing, in just about the exact same way, with the same offerings, and really similar signature sauces, and the same well, you get it. There are many choices for this genre of culinary crispy chicken delights! Nonetheless. Canes is my favorite. I am not sure why. It may be the loud brightly colored upbeat interiors. It may be that it's always hot, fresh, and tasty! It may be because it pisses my wife off. I don't know. I don't care. I just want more of it please! My life is a little better now that I know I can get that Canes Chicken Grease fix without driving an hour plus to get it. Hurry up and build the one on Winchester! It is even closer. I hated Red Lobster anyway! Let me know if you need help with it. I'll work for tenders. Love, Adam '25 - 49/111

Service? Fantastic. Food? Not impressed. Ambiance? Awesome…read more I did not go inside so I can't judge the inside, but the outside looks pretty cool. The employee in the drive through had a great personality. Really enjoyed her spunky attitude. This was my first time having Raising Cane's. After hearing everyone rave for years about their chicken and especially the sauce, I had high hopes I'd enjoy it. I am not a huge fan of fried chicken. I prefer boneless and tenders. Anyways, this chicken was not anything to brag about. Especially not the sauce that people rave about. It was too black pepper tasting for my liking, and the fries were extremely salty. I'm not sure I'll be back. Many other better chicken places around.

When I asked for a refund, I was told that the manager does not handle refunds and that I should speak with the day shift manager instead. I watched numerous DoorDash and Uber Eats deliveries go out, but my order never arrived. Additionally, none of the workers wore gloves, and the manager's attitude was unpleasant. After I inquired about my order, a heavy-set woman brushed me off, fanning her hand dismissively and walking away while saying they were short-staffed. No one would give me their names. Another customer advised me not to leave until I spoke with someone, as the behavior demonstrated was unacceptable. The night manager, a Black woman with short hair, was rude and seemed to need more training in dealing with the public. I have decided not to patronize this establishment again. If I could give this store a zero rating, I would. I plan to return in the morning to request my refund. After I asked for a refund, she gave my order to another customer for free. I have never been treated this way before and will not accept disrespect from someone who should act professionally.

Meh. Just meh. We ordered 4 chicken sammich combos. 1 plain, 1 mango habanero, 1 Cajun, and 1…read moreKorean Q. Of the four sammiches, only the plain was like an actual breaded chicken breast. The other three were processed chicken pieces parts patties they had some sauce on them. I could have gotten the same thing at Kroger in the frozen food section. Honestly it was kind of disappointing. As for the sauces, the cajun sauce was like just a basic bitch Louisiana hot sauce but with less kick. Mango habanero had sone heat but not really much sweet. Kid who had the Korean q said it was good but I didn't try it. Three of us had Louisiana voodoo fries and 1 had a plain fries. The voodoo weren't bad but if I'm gonna get "crazy" fries I'd just as soon get them from Fowl n Out or get the junkyard fries from Hattie Bs. So, in summation, if i return here for a chicken sammich I'd just get it plain and toss it with one of the many many many store bought and home made (yeah I said home made I have an entire mini fridge dedicated to them ) hot and/or bbq sauces we have at home.

They were so delicious with the sauce at the bottom. My husband greatly enjoyed his burnt end cheddar melt, and my Pitt master sampler was delicious and left me enough food for a whole other meal! The fries, Cole slaw, and baked beans were also delicious. For dessert, my husband enjoyed the apple cobbler, and I had the banana pudding - y'all, this banana pudding is some of the BEST I have had! It was so yum that I almost hurt myself on it because of how full I was (lol). The service was also very hospitable, pleasant, and quick! I highly reccomend Memphis BBQ! Pro tip: the Pitt master sampler is absolutely enough food to split, especially if you get an appetizer!

Updating my review from 4 years ago. We've been maybe a handful of times since…read more Our visit last night though was decent. They don't take reservations, and I even called to inform them we had a party of 9 and they said it didn't matter. Okay... we get there and had to wait 30 minutes for a table. If we had been able to make a reservation, that wouldn't have happened. The employees were all nice though. Our main waiter and the waitress helping him were attentive and got what we needed. One thing that really disappointed me was that they were out of brisket (told us after we placed our orders) and half our orders had brisket. We had family from the west coast here and the whole point of going to Memphis BBQ was for them to enjoy southern BBQ and I feel they didn't get the whole experience. Another thing, our waiter specifically said he put the 3 kids meals on one order so they would come out first... guess which ones came out last out of all 9 of us? Yeah, the kids. And the food was piping hot for them so they barely ate anything by the time we were all done with our meals. Which our meals were actually good. Except the water. Has an awful chlorine taste to it. Lastly, weren't we supposed to get complimentary pork rinds? I completely forgot about that until after we left or I would have asked for them. It wasn't a horrible experience, but we've definitely had better and we'll probably be back sometime.

I'm glad I did. From the jump, I was greeted promptly in a clean, inviting space with good music playing. It has that classic mom-and-pop vibe, though the menu is a bit steeper than your average corner joint. I went for the Big Al's Cheeseburger combo (fully loaded with seasoned fries and a drink), which ran me just over $26. Now, $26 for a burger combo is a lot, but I have to give them grace--the 'Big Al' is a absolute unit. It was perfectly seasoned, well-dressed, and hit the spot exactly how I needed it to. The fries were the real deal: hot, crisp, and generously portioned. Even the fruit punch/lemonade 'kool-aid' mix was on point. Pro-tip for next time: Ask them to wrap the burger tight! It's a monster, and you'll want that extra support while you're devouring it. If you can get past the price point (which is just the state of the economy these days), the taste definitely makes up for it. Solid 3.5 stars--I'm rounding up to a 4 because that seasoning is no joke!
