I'll start this review off by saying maybe my vast restaurant experiences are to blame OR maybe this place is just as bad as I think it is. Let's jump right in. Food: Ordered samplers (sliders, boneless, mozzarella sticks, fried pickles, etc), wings, burger, fries, & adult beverages so variety wasn't an issue. The food took around 30-35 minutes to START coming out in a restaurant that was maybe at 40% capacity. I say start because they didn't bring everything out together, it came a few plates at a time...spread out. My question is why am I waiting 35 minutes for some BARELY WARM food? One thing I know for a FACT is that none of this stuff is being "made from scratch" so what's so hard about opening a bag and cooking fresh, hot, made to order food food your customers? My wings were so bad that I asked for them to be redone but they just warmed up the same ones I already had and brought them back. Sliders were, and I truly mean this, SLIGHTLY warm. The only thing that hit the table hot was my burger. 45 minutes to get all of the food just for everything to be blah! Ambiance: the restaurant floor was dirty with paper towels and trash everywhere. There was a football game on the main screen with all TVs showing different things and a decent level audio so that was good. Overall, 2 out of 5 for the ambience. The server was pretty attentive and got us taken care of. Final take: I would never go back here (to this location or maybe BWW in general) to spend $150 before tips for this HORRIBLE experience in food or service. This is a sports gathering place or for ppl who would eat a tire if you threw some sauce on it. No person who actually enjoys eating good food should expect that here. I don't mind hot, in fact I love hot, as long as it has nice flavor and isn't just trying to melt my face off for melting my face off sake. Chicken wings were horrible, drier than shoe leather. They were so bad that you couldn't even pull the chicken apart. The chicken wings had to been cooked multiple times and sandbagged for the next sucker. The manager tried to tell me that they were fresh, but he was proud enough to serve them. I've managed restaurants and worked in them for over 25 years. He said he had worked in restaurants since 1986. He said that I should have told him after I received them, but had to have the waitress tell him to stop by. The poorest customer service ever. Nobody picks up the phone; the place is always a mess and it just stinks.

Spent upwards of $50 dollars on 30 wings +potato wedges+fries. Potato wedge 4.99 (came in a box with barely any so far as quantity) same for the fries. Secondly, made a second order for 6 boneless buffalo + fries for $15.38 only to see the bundle with 10 boneless+ large fries for 14.99. Asked the manager to add #4 boneless to my order to make it the bundle (same price) and he says he can't change the order. Even if you don't change it in the system, where is the rocket science in just adding 4 extra boneless wing to the order. It's same price. I asked for a refund and now it takes 7-10 days to get my refund back but only a matter of seconds for point of sale to take the funds off my card for purchase. Manager explains that he has to count inventory. Ok, I'm sure they waste just as much as they count but unless you are counting the contents of each bag, I don't think you will miss #4 boneless wings. This order was for an 8 yr old. This place is awful. It's dirty and by it's I mean everything. No wet nap wipes and table was filthy. Every table around us was filthy. It took 15 minutes for someone to come to the table after we sat ourselves. Appetizer came with half of our meals. We had 5 people. This was hands down the best experience I've had at a BWW. I've had some negative experiences at BWW's in the past; in fact, nearly every dining experience had been subpar. So, I expected this time to be the same. My party was interested in trying the endless apps, so we decided on this location and made the trek out from Memphis. We ate on a busy Sunday at 6pm. We sat ourselves and were quickly attended to by an awesome waitress whose name I believe was Kentavia. She was incredible from start to finish. Our appetizers came out within minutes, which immediately made me feel confident about this experience. We started with the chips and queso and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were perfect: hot, crispy, and a solid cheese pull. The queso was a bit cold, but the taste was there. We put in an order of wings that also came out very quickly. All of the wings were hot. I've never had a BWW serve my wings hot, so this was really a big deal to me. Our waitress offered refills without asking, which was very appreciated since I went a bit too hard and got the mango habanero wings, which, sadly, at my age I just can't handle like I did in my youth. My fault, not BWW's. We did a second round of apps and went with the onion rings and fried pickles. These were also warm and crispy, but we were so full that we couldn't finish. No worries, as we felt like this was a great deal. Four apps for $9.99 is really solid. This was a perspective changing meal and I really want to applaud Kentavia and the whole BWW staff. Well maybe it is when waitresses try to remember the order but then come back a minute later to ask your order again with a pen and paper this time. (Still doesn't work to get it right). When the food finally does arrive it's typical BWW. Don't be in a rush or too quick to finish a drink. You need to pace yourself for 1 cup per visit here. I've always enjoyed eating at Buffalo Wild Wings. This particular location is the closest to where I reside currently, so it's my go to for now. I haven't had any problems and service is always fast whenever I go. If you're a sports fan, you'd love your visit to BWW. They've got plenty of huge TVs plastered all throughout the restaurant broadcasting just about every sport you can think of. I'm sure it gets really busy during the playoff seasons/World Cup series, etc. I pretty much always order wings whenever I visit, but of course they offer much more like burgers, salads, and other tasty "bar" foods. My favorite wing flavor (the one I get EVERY time I visit) is mango habanero! Omg! Idk what it is about that sweet/heat combination, but I love it so much! To all my spice lovers, you've gotta try it! They've got some other pretty good wing flavors as well, ranging from not hot at all to blazin' (literally the name of their hottest sauce). It most definitely IS hot. I'm a spice lover and it clears my sinuses every time without any problems lol. Their sides are plentiful as well. I usually get fries or my favorite, onion rings. She tells me that: "Well we going through a shift change(which is totally understandable) & you always tip such & such(not going to say the young lady's name) but never me!!" I had told her that she was trying too hard to sell me some BS about the tip thing & before I can say anything else, she rudely cuts me off by saying "Well it is what it is!!" & I responded by saying "Well it isn't what it isn't & I'm not buying it!!!!" This young lady was just mad because I didn't tip her from the last time she served me, which was so-so but for her to bring up individual(s) names as to why she didn't want to serve me that day(BTW she had 1hr to go on her shift) was totally unprofessional. Also on this same day,which was a Saturday, the mens bathroom was deplorable. When I had got done & went to wash my hands, I noticed that some food or vomit was floating in the sink & I had hurried up, paid my tab & left. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They will not seat or serve parties more than 4. They will not let you break up a party of 6 into 3 and 3. This is NOT because of Covid. It is because they have no workers other than the 3 standing at the front door telling people they cannot eat there. Mind you, this is at 4:45pm in the afternoon on a Saturday. Placed an online order pretty late n the evening & being a former food service worker, I knew they would be short staffed at this time. The screen said the order would be ready in 20 mins. She was a nice lady, named Amy and all, but short staffed or not, I could've cooked my wings and fries n that amount of time. Gave them another chance two days later, & now I think I'm out of chances to give them for a while now... Placed the order, online, once again. They said the order works be ready in 15 mins. My drive from work is 25-30 mins and about 35-40 mins with Goodman Road traffic. So I arrived at to the restaurant about 30 mins after making the order. Waited 20 more mins for the WORSE FRIGGIN WINGS EVER... Overcooked, hardly sauced, JUST HORRIBLE. I ordered take out. It was Tuesday, so I ordered the Buy-One, Get-one half off special. They told me it would be ready in 25 minutes. I got there in 30, and my order was ready. When I called in the order, I asked for two ranches, two bleu cheeses, and two orders of celery and carrots. It was all there. The staff was courteous and professional on the phone and in person. And most importantly, the wings were fantastic. It is worth mentioning that the place was FULL. The main reason I am writing this is because I saw several 1-star reviews, and I feel like they are un-deserved.
