The food court area inside is spacious and clean too. Foods aren't fancy inside food court, but you can recognize the ones similar to other Westfield shopping mall food retailers. If you really want to dine here, the dining patio outdoors have lots of space and better restaurants/bars. Looks great for simple or casual date nights and meetups outside. Yes, you can walk around outside too. Plenty of shops to look at. You can easily spot signs to public restrooms by the escalators. This is a safe and convenient shopping mall for Valencia and Santa Clarita residents as well as Magic Mountain visitors and travelers. I saw one Boba beverage place that sells fruity smoothies. Lots of potential in this plaza. Q store fashion shop is much smaller than others. Charlotte Russe store still exists. There are lots of discounts and deals here at the retail stores. Great place to wander around and browse. It was a good visit during this trip. Cashiers especially at JCPenny were well trained and experienced employees. You can find decent priced clothes with yellow tags on clearance racks and more. Good value. I didn't see huge crowds here as people rarely shop at the malls due to highly inflated prices everywhere, but this Valencia Town Center is worth getting your stretches.

VTC is within vicinity of three streets, McBean Parkway, Magic Mountain Parkway, and Valencia Blvd. It is a good size outside shopping center. It has two floors. Parking is plenty. Tip of the day is to park close to where you'll be spending most of your time. Otherwise, you may need to do some walking. Luckily, Solita Tacos & Margaritas was located along side the parking area. I didn't have to walk too far in to get to them. Thank you! I didn't get a chance to peruse this center much during my visit. I hope to one day be back to explore it a bit more. After shopping at Macys for more than 35 years we're done with this once very good department…read morestore. It's understandable to me now why so many Macys are closing stores, and get so many poor reviews on YELP. I had a simple case of a gift card purchase at a Vons in Simi Valley for $200. It turned out that the card was tampered with and the money stolen shortly after purchase. With the assistance of Vons management (also very poor service) they got me in touch with Macys GC (gift card dept) to file a claim. After six pathetic weeks of incompetent emails back and forth regarding my case, the Macys GC dept alleged that the receipt that I provided along with pictures of the tampered with card were not a match. I advised them that one simple call to the Vons store management would have confirmed that it was. Apparently no such call was made as they stuck to their original incorrect conclusion that the receipt didn't match the gift card in question. So we are moving on from Macys and will be doing are shopping at Kohl's and other department stores in our area.

Their were no crowds because the Mall doesn't have an Anchor Store. The mall during the year plays music from the 1950's! Who are they trying to attract, 80 year olds? I was hopeful the New Management that took over this year would make a difference. They have not. I hope these reviews inspired the City to take action to better revitalize this wonderful space. Some positive things are the Wonderful SIMI VALLEY FILM FESTIVAL that was held here! I Highly recommend it!! I also admire and appreciate The Veterans Museum here that is Fantastic! I encourage people to go on weekends to check it out!

It's nice and new, feels like the newer shopping centers in Santa Clarita. Now for the bad--this places gets packed, ridiculously. None of the shoppers are residents, usually people coming from other areas. How can we enjoy this if we can't even park? I still wish whole foods were located in the old plaza, at least it was accessible back then. It does speak volumes to the lack of decent shopping centers in the valley, because as nice and new as this is, it should be commonplace. There's no reason the whole valley should feel the need to stampede here just to get some decent bites to eat or feel safe while shopping. A Porter Ranch card would be a great option, give small discounts to the local community for shopping local and supporting small businesses. This might help deter some outside shoppers while making sure the residents can actually come here and find parking.
