Kevin and I try to visit this farmers market as often as we can because it's truly one of our favorite local spots. The vendors are always fantastic, offering fresh, high quality goods, and the atmosphere is relaxing, peaceful, and welcoming. Parking is conveniently right outside the gate, which makes getting in and out so easy. Every visit is a little joy wandering through the stalls, checking out the offerings, and enjoying the local community. It's consistently a fun, refreshing, and happy experience for us. Another simple stop that turns into a small, memorable outing for us.

Stopped by this newer farmer's market and was very pleased. I have been a regular at the OTNFM since it started, so I have high expectations. There was a decent amount of vendors, however there were not as many product choices or food trucks as I was hoping. Know that the vendors are set up on a dirt lot so tennis shoes are recommended. There is plenty of parking for now. I am not sure how this will work out once the entire Five Point's housing division is all built. There was a massage booth, however I did not see anyone getting a message. I did not see any restrooms, but that does not mean there weren't any. We purchased apples, grapes and figs from Verni's, which is our go to at OTNFM. Everything was crisp and naturally sweet. We were able to get some great lettuces, peppers and tomatoes. I was simply after salad fixings. We will be back and I will update as the market grows.

Run don't walk to this beautiful market. There's something for everyone here. As summer draws to a close, all the juicy, sweet, locally grown fruit is now in season. There's local mushroom, buttery avocados, and veggies too. You can even get a massage here. It's a great way to start your week.

Nice farmers market gaining popularity after the original sister location in Newhall. Especially nice for the people living in the neighborhood. Nice variety of stands, parking, grassy area for kids. Check it out!

Too small. Rude, they questioned on my service dog. She gave me attitude after I explained (which I did not have too).

I always go to the one on Saturdays in Newhall but there's stuff at the Sunday market they don't have there.

I went with a couple of friends for dinner- we were around the area and thought it was an opportune time to show them a place they weren't familiar with! I've been here since I was a kid, and though some things changed, alot hasn't! This was during a world cup game, so it was very lively at pub areas as they were broadcasting live. Everyone was so invested, from the patrons, chefs, servers, and even line cooks! Went to a stall selling the 'best corned beef sandwich' from Magee's kitchen. The servers and cook were super nice and the corned beef on display made my mouth water! It was very good, and paired with their blood orange soda, wasn't too heavy! It was a big enough sandwich that I took the other half home! I also got a cornbread muffin from Gumbo pot- which was good but a little dry. There's plenty of shade, though the area is mostly outdoors- lots of trees and buildings with covers and awnings. There's a fancy French market in there and plenty of eating options (though open hours vary). Come by this historic stop, walk through the Grove, and enjoy the hustle and bustle!

A great experience for locals and tourists alike. Location 4 stars: In the Fairfax District area of Los Angeles, to the West of the Grove. It has busy parking lot which is usually quite full. Make sure you check the parking rates sign by the entrance and plan accordingly. You can also park in the Grove's multi-story parking structure, but they will not accept validation from Farmer's Market businesses. The Grove also has Valet parking on premises. As you stroll through the market you will encounter gourmet food stores (such as Monsieur Marcel Gourmet Store), meat counters (such as Huntington Meats), takeout restaurants (such as Stara Polish Pierogi and Sausage, Banana Leaf Singaporean restaurant and Oh My Dumpling Chinese food), and fine dining restaurants (such as ETTORE OSTERIA Italian and Monsieur Marcel French Bistro). Once you are on premises you can use the Grove trolly to visit the (attached) Grove complex.

Most of the items included a substantial "farmer's market premium", so it doesn't seem to be the sort of farmer's market where you're getting a bulk product for a better price by cutting out the middlemen. We paid $10 for a small container of honey, and another $10 for a few oranges. Then $16 for tacos, and $1 for bagels. Saw some poke for ~$34/lb which is also rather steep. There were also two stalls with food--fish tacos and also another stand with tamales.

Well, it's still bustling with vendors proudly showcasing their goods. Fresh grown produces straight from the farm. Farm to table to be exact. They also have a section where it's certified organic. Loads of fresh produce, fruits, veggie, eggs, pastries and so on. It does seem like they have a lot more food vendors compared to when I was last there. Also, more crafts and good as well. They have a section for that. Everything looked amazing and the colors of fresh fruits and veggies were great. There was only one vendor that sell fresh flowers. It's still busy as it alway has been. Pricewise, it's good.

Being new to the area, I've been visiting different farmers markets around Santa Clarita, and I was…read morereally excited when I found the Old Town Newhall Farmers Market. Out of the ones I've tried so far, this one had more of the variety I was personally looking for, and I enjoyed the overall atmosphere the first few times I went. But the main reason I initially felt comfortable there was because during my first visit, I came with my service dog and the employee at the entrance properly asked the ADA-approved questions. She asked if my dog was a service dog and then asked what task she performs. I genuinely appreciated that so much, because most of the time people immediately say "we don't allow dogs" without asking, which can feel dismissive when you rely on a service animal. That first experience made me feel safe and respected, and it made me want to keep coming back. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very different. When I arrived, an employee immediately told me that dogs were not allowed, without first asking if my dog was a service animal. I politely asked if she could ask the two ADA questions, and the interaction became uncomfortable. She responded, "I did, I asked you what the task for your service dog was." I told her, "You didn't ask me if she was a service dog, you just told me dogs aren't allowed." I then explained my dog's task and said, "If you don't mind, please review the ADA procedure for the two questions." She replied, "Oh my friend, we do follow ADA regulations." I told her, "No, you didn't. You assumed my dog was a pet and didn't ask if she was a service dog first." She said, "Most people are happy when we ask those questions," and I responded, "Yes, we are happy when you actually ask them." I do believe she thought she had asked correctly, but she didn't, and the conversation kept going back and forth in front of other people, including a vendor nearby who was giving samples. I ended up getting emotional and crying, which was embarrassing, and I felt bad that the vendor had to witness the situation because he was just standing there doing his job. I can see how this may seem like a small thing to some people, but for those of us who rely on real service dogs, these interactions matter a lot. We constantly feel like we have to justify our legitimacy, and it gets exhausting. I understand that staff have to deal with people bringing pets that are not service animals, and I respect that, but that's exactly why the correct ADA questions should always be asked before making assumptions. And there are ways that you can tell when a service dog is not a real service dog, which is information I would gladly give as I used to help train service animals. Because of that experience, I left feeling really disappointed. It's unfortunate, because I truly liked this farmers market and the variety it offers, but after that interaction I don't feel comfortable going back. I do hope staff continue to review ADA guidelines so situations like this can be handled more professionally in the future.

Tomorrow Bagels are delicious homemade bagels and you can get them with shmear or buy them separate to take home. Des Croissants is a legit French owned pastry shop that makes some of the best croissants in LA. They also have other pastries and breads. There's an excellent meat vendor here and their stuff is so so good A little bit pricey but kind of worth it. They're a regenerative farm. There is one seafood vendor and I got shrimps and scallops a couple time, also really good. Very fresh. Many vendors are organic certified There's an avocado seller here that is soooo good too. Many types of avocado and they last waaay longer than grocery store ones. Buono Italian is very good for some fresh pizza or meatball subs. The owner is always perfecting his recipes and pays attention to details. He's so friendly and serves up good food. Mother's hummus and dips is also solid. Handmade pita and an addictive garlic sun dried tomato spread. Yum!! We also love the German sausage vendor...All kinds of fresh sausage. Gillmore Girls coffee is good. I got matcha latte and cappuccino sometimes. And they have something called Cloud Foam which is yummy. They handmade their syrups. The service is good All sellers are so nice and friendly. They seem so happy all the time. There is live music and some tables you can sit and eat at the same time enjoying nice music There is a parking lot across the street and also street parking.
