Incredibly rude service. I stopped in on Friday late morning of Mother's Day weekend to see if they could accommodate a last-minute corsage. I fully expected they might be too busy--and I wanted to support a local neighborhood shop--but what a mistake! When I asked if they could help, the response was a blunt 'NO, we aren't doing corsages.' There was no apology, no inquiry into when the event was, and not even a polite suggestion of where else to look. I can accept a shop being at capacity, but I can't accept being spoken to so dismissively. Fortunately, I wasn't deterred. I headed over to the local shop in the bright pink building, and the experience was night and day. Even though they were clearly slammed, they were welcoming, professional, and more than happy to help. I definitely know where I'll be taking my business from now on. I'd suggest skipping La Belle Fleur and heading straight to the shop that actually values its neighbors read more

I chose a local company to send my mom flowers on Mother's Day. I chose a full bouquet but even chose the deluxe version so it would be larger. What was delivered was much smaller and less full than the photo. I emailed the company saying I was disappointed and was told that the stock photo was "heavily manipulated". They did refund me in full which I appreciate however she then ended the email saying please never use their company again, which seemed incredibly harsh and rude. I ordered a flower arrangement online to be delivered the next day. I chose it from their website. I missed a call from Diane but she left a message and explained that some flowers were not available right now but she could replace them and still keep the idea and feel of the arrangement I chose online, if i was okay with it I didn't need to call. I didn't call back as it was late and felt she was on top of it. I did not see it in person, but the person who received it loved it and sent me a picture, the flowers looked beautiful ! I never thought I would be giving a 1 star review for a flower company. The flowers themself turned out great and the delivery was on time. The bad: customer service. I ordered online a few days in advance, but never received any correspondence. No e-mail, no phone call, and no charge on my card. When I decided to call in to follow up, the woman who answered rudely told me "yeah we don't send anything out so what else can I help you with?" Well, I would like to know if my order has been verified? I was then drilled with, "what's your name? What's your address? When did you order? What did you order?" Now I'm worried and ask, do you not have my information in your system? The woman became extremely annoyed and said "I don't know, we have too many orders" and gave the phone to someone else. The next person on the phone was pleasant and confirmed my information right away. Because of the first person I spoke to on the phone, I will never order from here again and will make sure to spread the word. read more

Buyer Beware! I ordered a sympathy basket for a friend. I chose a popular design with mainly white roses with small purple accents and I upgraded to the premium. The basket arrived the next day with a few white roses and overwhemingly purple astrameria. I even checked the box that said no substitutions. The delivered product looked nothing like what I ordered. I called to inquire and the owner just argued with me that it was basically "too bad". I'd say you get what you pay for, but not with this shop! read more

We ended up going with La Belle Fleur just a short 3 months before our wedding. Long story short, our previous florist took our deposit and ran (she no showed 3 other weddings before ours). We thankfully found LBF in the knick of time. We gave them a daunting task - tight budget, gorgeous flowers, 15 tables, head table garland, arbor decor, bridesmaid bouquets, jr bridesmaid bouquets, flowers for the cake, etc. They NAILED it. And did it with such class and grace. They were incredible to work with, using a few photos I sent over to recreate my look. Our flowers were the talk of the wedding. We are thrilled we found them and consider them the silver lining in the disaster that was our previous florist :). read more

I went to a wedding that she arranged the flowers for and I was amazed - as a part of the bridal party I had the opportunity to talk with Diane and evaluate my own bouquet. The flowers were beautiful and Diane was sweet and easy to engage with (not icy at all). The arrangements were put out on time and cleared away easily for an outdoor wedding. Got a great bouquet of flowers with custom-picked flower from those that were showcased. My wife loved them and they lasted a long time. The only reason that I put 4 stars instead of 5 is because I felt it was a bit on the pricey side (maybe if I would've ordered it through teleflora, which these guys do cater to) it would've come out cheaper. This may or may not be true, it's just my guess. There also are cards available to add on to whatever occasion the flowers are for and the cards are really cute. read more

Some friends were celebrating the 1-year anniversary for their yoga studio nearby, and I wasn't able to attend. First off, I walked into the shop and the clerk was sitting at her desk looking at something, it took her at least 45 seconds to acknowledge me and then said "I"ll be with you in a sec. Another 45 seconds or so, she came over. Now I just needed a boutonniere for prom, not a big ticket item, but she could have not been more disinterested. Zero customer service skills. You expect mechanics to rip you off, not florists. Robin was obstinate (red flag!) when I kept asking her how the arrangement would be, she said, "trust me." Against my gut feelings, I did. for $32 the arrangement had a total of 4 flowers in it. that's 4. And it was nothing like that I asked for--i asked for a simple blue bouquet with a little white flowers. It was mostly white with a little purple flower in it. Businesses like these give small business owners a bad name. I should've just ordered my flowers via proflowers.com or something. I would've at least known what I was getting!! A nice gesture to send flowers to someone turned out to be totally frustrating. Don't trust what kind of bouquet you're getting with these people if you're sending flowers to someone. Perfection! I received a bouquet for my birthday, I have had a lot of bouquets come my way in my 65 years! The one La Belle Fleur sent out was exceptional! It was by far the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen! Diane just did all of the flowers for my wedding and was great! She was very helpful with suggesting flowers to keep the budget within reason and still found a way that I could work in the flowers that I really wanted (mango calla lilies). She also bought vases that fit my centerpiece idea and didn't charge me as long as I returned them to her. It is now a week after my wedding and I'm still enjoying my wedding bouquet! We had such a great experience working with La Belle Fleur for our wedding reception! Diane has such a great eye that we asked for just a few specific flowers, gave her a general color scheme, and then let her run with the rest. She went the extra mile tracking down what we asked for...who knew the beer industry would make it so hard to find hop flowers...and even added some really unique flourishes (cabbage!). We got amazing floral arrangements in sizes that were perfect for each of our tables (we had a couple of sizes/shapes) and so many of our guests raved about! Diane is an absolute joy to work with and her flowers are absolutely stunning! From our first meeting Diane's warm smile put my nervous bride-to-be worries at ease. I really felt like she listened to my ideas, talked me through all the different flower combinations and explained how or why certain flowers were a good choices and patiently made any adjustments I decided on from changing a flower choice to adding a flower crown. Diane quickly responded to my phone calls/ emails and was lovely to meet with in person. She was very professional with her price quote and communication. We ordered our bride bouquet, MOH bouquet and boutonnieres for brothers, grandparents and parents here. Each one came clearly labeled and looked beautiful on the day. Additionally, Diane provided garden roses and waxflower for my hair which looked amazing throughout the entire day. Although it is 5 days after the wedding, the bouquet is still blooming, fragrant and bringing a smile to my face each time I look at it as a reminder of our day. Flowers were beautiful for first day. Had flowers delivered from my husband and flowers began to die within 48 hours. Called spoke to the owner Diane and she said she would partially credit account and send out new flowers and I agreed. That was the wrong choice since she sent a bouquet that was in way, shape or form the same bouquet and was rude about it on the phone. Diane was easy to work with from the beginning. I had interviewed four florists and she seemed to get my vision spot on. She was quick with her price quote. The flowers she designed were perfect for our wedding. Everything looked perfect! and was delivered on time. On top of that, I found out after the wedding that she and her husband went above and beyond and helped set up when the caterer was late and the location of the ceremony had to be moved due to rain. I also paid extra for a deluxe arrangement and instead of adding flowers it looked like they added more green fill. I wanted to support a small business but probably would have got my $80 worth ordering from pro flowers instead. I tried to be very nice about the situation and the owner never once apologized.
