20 years of being mostly non-responsive when dealing with homeowners. Months to respond to emails. Often nice and just as often act as if they're doing you a favor, never realizing that each homeowner pays them $3000 a year to manage the property. Obviously, that's not their fees, but they make living in this particular association unpleasant when a homeowner needs something. Nickname amongst the association members is "Useless Management Group". I'd consider another firm before choosing them. read more

VMG has been great, very attentive and always willing to answer my questions. The new security guard company is the worst one we've had and I have owned my home coming up on 20 years. I was advised by a neighbor of mine to look into the head of security (quick google search) and I don't feel comfortable with a felon and a fraud guarding my community. They're never around and now they want to charge us more, for what?!? It's like putting the fox to guards the hens. Please do better VMG and hire a new guard company! I have been a homeowner at Bridgeport for well over 10 years. VMG is great when it comes to enforcing the HOA rules only to those homeowners they wish to enforce the rules upon! The email correspondence could definitely be improved. The current security company which is Falcon Security, is a complete joke! They're never around patrolling, one particular guard takes his "cigarette break" while on duty and when you call the dispatcher they always end the call with "we'll try to send a patrol car over" Not to mention the owner of the company is rude, condescending and has a felony. This is NOT someone that I want patrolling or protecting my community. read more

Went to pick up replacement key fobs for the pools and was greeted by Carolyn who was cheerful, helpful and super friendly. She went out of her way and ended up saving us $100 by finding our key fobs which never were picked up. She took care of it in a professional and timely manner. We have lived in Grayson of Five Knolls Community for over 8 years. Our home exterior, front doors, shutters, garage door and balcony color started to fade and chips. Our front yard plants weren't not thriving with the heat in Santa Clarita. Plus our house location is facing full sun too. During late summer of this year we decided to submit an application to repaint the exterior of our home and remove the plants on our front yard and to replace the area with tea roses for better aesthetics and less problem with spider and other insects that love to live in our current plants. Living in HOA community we have to make sure we follow all the rules of the community and submit all the details of works properly. During the process we were so stressed and wanted to make sure we did everything right that the Board of Five Knolls would approve our application. We have to make sure we have professional painters and landscapers to do the work right. During the process we have a pleasure to work with Master Cruz at Valencia Management Group and the Board of Five Knolls Community. Like many other reviewers we are all agree that Master Cruz made the entire process stress-free. She offered clear guidance, ensuring we presented complete and accurate information for review. We believe that her communication skill and knowledge had helped make things smoother between residents and the boards. This had help made the process without hiccup and had created positive impact with everyone.
