I was looking for some pillows by a particular company, and this store was listed as a place that carried that company's goods. But it was way up in Glencoe/etc. and I was not going to drive up there just for it... but when I found myself in Winnetka and drove by, of course I needed to stop. Unfortunately (or, perhaps for my wallet, luckily) they didn't have much that I was interested in. They do sell merchandise by the vendor I was looking for but not the particular items. The rest of the stuff was unremarkable; it was either clothing that wouldn't fit me or stuff that I could probably find elsewhere. It is a nice sized shop though, and right on a corner so it's easy to find. Right across the street is the parking lot for downtown Winnetka shopping and there's also diagonal parking on Chestnut, so it's an easy top if you're in town. read more

Amazing people and selection, fun products, clothing and decor! I am a fan of all locations!

Beyond rude employees. Hours online and on door show open until 5. We get there at 350 and woman rudely tells us they are closing "in 2 minutes". She then proceeded to say loudly to everyone in the store how she is READY to go home. If you close earlier, fine, adjust your posted hours. But, there are also kinder ways to let people know there has been a change in hours. Needless to say, we won't be returning. read more

Was rushed into buying items but after trying at home, did not fit well or compliment my body. I work long hours at a hospital so lots of times I don't have the luxury of taking my time in a store. I love shopping local but if you are a working mama and need time for reflection/exchange, do not shop here! especially around the holidays as time gets away from you. wanted to return for store credit 3 weeks later and told they have a 2 week return policy for returns/exchanges/credits. yikes!! read more

Gorgeous stuff and friendly staff, but way too pricey for me. The staff was very helpful, though. I left a library book there, and when I called, they told me they had it! What a relief. Their taste in clothes is impeccable, but I cannot afford those prices, even when on sale. read more

Wasn't surprised when I saw the previous reviews - the two women working in the store didn't even acknowledge me, zero. Not a hello, not a may I help you? Nothing. Such a turn off. I like checking out stores with different and original selections of items for home, gifts, accessories and clothing. This store and others in IL are full of expensive cashmere sweaters and jeans. I am not loving it. The customer service is horrible. read more

Poor experience with the staff and left the store unsatisfied. Made a large purchase with a consecutive return, but was not made aware of store credit-only policy. None of the credit was applied to my purchase, and was treated poorly by an employee. read more

Horrible customer service. I purchased a couple of expensive Christmas gifts about 2 months ago and later on we wanted to return one. The personnel is rude and they didn't want to accept the return as they said they want to do a store credit only. We didn't want that. Bad customer relationship and just a bad expensive place. I really enjoy shopping at this little gem of a women's clothing boutique in Winnetka. I rarely walk out without a purchase. They have a well edited selection of jewelry, gifts, casual clothing (jeans, sweaters, etc) dresses for going out, some purses and accessories. They will also have trunk shoes on occasion and if you sign up for alerts you will receive text messages on events and sales. The sales girls are helpful without being pushy which I love. I can go in in yoga pants or dressed up and receive the same service. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the neighborhood. read more

SUCH a great little boutique. They have wonderful jewelry, accessories, home goods and clothes. Clothes-wise, they have a lot of cute cashmere/sweaters, blouses, designer jeans, dresses, swimwear, etc and carry brands like 7forallmankind, JBrand, Joie, Splendid, Velvet, Autumn Cashmere, among many others. Their clothes are more expensive than the jewelry; their jewelry is costume jewelry and they have great replicas of expensive jewelry brands like Cartier, Van Cleef, David Yurman, among others. I want to give a higher start rating -- the selection is well edited and there are treasures to be found. But the staff is just awful! I have been in three times -- kept going to see if it was an off day, and not once have I been acknowledged. Not a simple "hi!" -- it's only one syllable! The first two times I was the only one in the boutique -- there were two sales associates. Yesterday there was one other browsing customer and neither of the two associates was helping her. The third time was not a charm -- I will not go back. While the selection is good, they're not the only game in town to carry the lines. How difficult is it to acknowledge a customer?
