Last year we did a lot of research to get a mini-split ac unit for 3 bedrooms and a living room that would save money, good quality system and reliable installation from the professionals. We got quotes from 6 vendors and Temp Air Systems was the best of all. Jason was excellent and he explained in details the mini-spits ac which was the best option for us. They are licensed installer for Mitsubishi ac systems and when you go with them, the warranty guarantee goes up from 7 years to 12 years with of course there's a catch which you must maintain your systems annually with Temp Air to qualify to 12 years system warranty. I'm very pleased and happy with Jason and his expertise in the ac systems to help us guide in making the right decision and Angel as well who was leading the crew was excellent and extremely knowledgeable and experienced professional installer. His crew was great as well. We got a rebate for removing the heat furnace and a tax credit for heat pump. Amazing company for providing excellent workmanship and customer service in the front office. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for mini-split systems. Look no further , Temp Air Systems is very good with mini- splits ac systems. Call them up and get a quote. We were able to negotiate with the seller because of this discovery, and Matt's work helped us secure enough in credits to get a new electric smart HVAC system, ecobee. During install, they discovered a vent was missing and promptly added it. Their crew was courteous and helpful, and took great care to leave my property in excellent condition. They went above and beyond in their work and their customer service. They were so great that my neighbor across the street hired them immediately after. Furthermore, I just had my HERS test, and it passed with flying colors, so the work was done exceptionally well. The inspector told me this system increases my property value - something I am relieved to hear, after so many other unexpected new home expenses! I actually look forward to having them help me maintain my exceptional new system throughout its (what I presume to be) long life. I highly recommend them!

Piggies Air Conditioning did an excellent job with my new Daikin FIT inverter system installation…read more Ruben, the owner, was very patient in answering all my questions and gave me a very competitive price for a variable inverter system. On top of that, they offer a 12 year labor warranty with their installation. Angel, the Daikin Comfort Pro HVAC tech, who installed the system did a great job. Angel was very meticulous about the installation and would send me updates on the numbers on the vacuum test and pressure test. He also made sure that the installation aesthetics is super clean. So far, the system is working better than my expectations. My house feels cooler at a higher temperature than my old HVAC system at a lower temperature. The cost of my electricity per kWh is at least 10 kWh less per day on the Daikin system. The only hitch during the whole process was the install took longer than expected and our family had to endure the heat during one of the hottest days of the month. Not sure if it's possible, but in the future may I suggest offering customers a temporary complimentary portable air conditioning unit, if the install is going to go longer than expected. That would put the customer service above and beyond. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the quality of installation and how my new Daikin FIT system is working. I would highly recommend Piggies Air Conditioning for the quality of installation and the best deal for a Daikin FIT system.

I only have POSITIVE comments for Ector and his company based on the factors below. 1) Unlike other AC companies, AC Bros gave free estimate to come out to inspect my AC unit. His company is located in South Gate, CA, but Ector did come out to my home in Irvine, CA to inspect my AC unit. 2) Ector's valuable and positive customer service, including HONESTY, FRIENDLY, QUALITY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, ATTENTIVE, TIMELY, AND PROFESSIONAL. 3) Ector also mentioned that four screws on my AC unit was missing when he did the inspection. He offered to put the screws back on, if I have them. I told him that I did not know what happened to those screws since my AC unit was inspected by another technician with another company. Ector was my technician in July 2026. He texted me when he was on his way to my house. He was very thorough in checking my AC unit which located on the side of the house under very hot weather in the mid 90 degree and the furnace unit located inside the garage. After he completed his inspections on the AC unit & a furnace unit, checked on the registers inside my house, and then turned on some electrical switches that were turned off by a technician with another company a week ago, Ector did confirm that NOTHING was wrong with my AC unit. After Ector's quality service, MY AC UNIT IS CURRENTLY WORKING VERY WELL NOW. Our family is very glad that I called AC Bros to inspect our AC unit. As a small token of appreciation for Ector's time. efforts, HONESTY, and quality customer service, I did give him some money for the gas since he came from Southgate to Irvine. About one week before I called AC Bros, I did call another AC company that I used in the past. That particular AC company did charge me $49 with a loyalty discount ($99 normal charge) for their technician to come to my house to do the similar inspection on my AC unit, like what Ector did. The technician with another company said it can cost me over 10K to repair my AC unit or around 25K - 30K to replace my AC unit due to the age of my AC unit. Don't think twice; just hire Southwest!…read more Our AC was leaking water in our attic and several vendors came out to diagnose. All of the basic fixes failed, and they all said we needed a full replacement. We gave Southwest a call for one last opinion based on a friend's recommendation, and Erick saved us. He spent 2+ hours in our sweltering attic troubleshooting every possible issue, until he found a quirk in our condensate drainage that no one else figured out. Once he accounted for that, it was quick work to purge our line and clear a clog that was responsible for the overflow in our attic. He knew we were resigned to replace the AC and easily could have told us the same. But he worked extra hard on our behalf, provided an affordable fix, and stayed longer to clean up the shoddy work from the past vendors. Admittedly it took a little longer to get Southwest out to our home, but I now know it's because they're going to take their time and really solve your problem. Not just rush through the call and upsell you on work you don't need. Heroes.

Jonathan was open about the cost when he concluded the system needed recharging. The reasons for rating are both the hidden cost of the coolant and a couple of issues with scheduling on Yelp. But the overall experience was very good, mostly because of Jonathan.
