Juan and Hugo are both live savers. They are on time and work cleanly. It is nearly 10:00pm, and Juan just left to go home. The reason he stayed so late? Because he told me he would finish replacing my entire AC system today, and he didn't want to go back on that. That's something that is amazing to still find in people today. I ended up going with them to replace my compressor and evaporator coils, basically replacing the entire AC system. It wasn't an easy job, because they had to fix a lot of the things that were not done correctly during the last installation by someone else. After they were done, it was like they were never here because of how they cleaned up after themselves. Everything looks great! They both really went above and beyond. One of the reasons Juan stayed late today was because he noticed that the gas pipe going into my furnace wasn't safe. Nowhere on the estimate form said anything about a gas pipe, but he saw it, and fixed it at his own expense because he was already here. Hugo saw that my thermostat wasn't secured firmly to the wall due to the shoddy job I performed a few years ago, so he redid it. These are just a couple of examples of the things they did for me, just because they could. They're both good, down to earth people. I felt so safe with them, that I would leave them working in the house, while I went to pick up my kids from school or run an errand. Juan just finished replacing our whole HVAC system (central heating and AC). He was extremely professional during the whole process. He gave us a reasonable fee quote right away and answered all of our questions and concerns. He gave an ETA on his arrival time everyday (whole thing took about 2 weeks) and he kept the workarea very tidy and clean. After calling at least 8-10 companies to get service for my air conditioner, Hugo was the only one who could see me the next day... he was courteous, knowledgeable, and got my system up and running in no time... I wish I could remember the name of the company I used a couple of years ago, "SO I COULD WARN OTHERS ABOUT THEM"! They used the wrong parts, and left the cardboard box on the part they replaced. Hugo put the "CORRECT" part on, fixed the burnt wires that were causing the circuit breaker to keep flipping off. I haven't had a problem since! I will definitely use this company to replace my old warn out system in a couple months, when the weather is cooler since it take a few days to replace. Juan made a special trip to my 91 year old mother's house to see about her furnace that was not heating. Her house was cold and she has no one nearby that she could ask for help. Juan was there less than 24 hours later, spent a lot of time explaining what had happened and how to avoid future issues by offering her an affordable annual maintenance agreement which is perfect for my Mom. Before he left, he made sure she had no other questions and I understood everything he had done. He even took pictures of the furnace in the basement so he could better explain to her what he had fixed. This is the second time Juan has helped my Mom out on a moment's notice. Do not recommend this business! I had submitted a request via their website to request an estimate to either install a new heat pump furnace system in the attic or relocate our existing gas furnace to the attic. I provided all the details asked for in the online submittal form. That was on Friday. October 6th. Have not received a response from this business! Very unprofessional and unreliable! If you're not interested, then let the client know! Very rude to leave a potential client--who may become a long-time client (but certainly not now!) --"hanging" instead of responding in a timely manner! But, better to find this out now, than later. It's been my experience that a business you have to chase around to get their attention is NOT a business to do business with. Think of how much of a hassle it will probably be to get them to do a service call, especially under warranty! Fine, no problem! This review is overdue but Manny is the real deal. These 5 star reviews are not paid or exaggerated. He really goes the extra mile and also educates his clients on what he does. He did maintenance on my unit and fixed a leak on my system for a very low and honest price. The other ac vendor that has also very high Yelp reviews recommend I buy a new system and was going to charge over 1500 to fix the leak. He showed me the inefficiency of my system as the original installers put to small of a diameter of the ducts. Instead of upselling me new ducting he solved the problem by adding an additional return vent. That brought up the efficiency of my unit for the fraction of the cost. Once again I had Manuel come back and install a new AC unit in my aunts home. She has a very old house and old windows. Manual custom fit this old-fashioned window with treated 2 x 4 to make sure that it fits snugly, he also went the extra mile and seal the unit all around and did not charge me extra for this custom job.
