They had a Pre-Summer AC Tune-Up Special running, so I called to check their availability. Danny picked up right away and told me a technician was already in my area and could be at my house within 30 minutes. I couldn't believe the luck! David (the technician) called me when he was on his way and arrived right on time. After chatting about our unit, he got straight to work. A little while later, he called me over to show me his findings. Our capacitor was reading low, and instead of just trying to upsell me, David took the time to explain exactly what the part does and why it's crucial to fix before the peak of summer. The Full Blown crew arrived on time on Thursday morning and was done installing a new AC compressor and cooling coils in my attic by lunch time. My home is now too cold! Gave Full Blown a call to have a regular maintenance tune up for my AC based on the other good reviews in Yelp. Danny promptly returned my call and sent David over to perform the work, same day. David was very professional and courteous, and answered any questions I had. Ultimately had the tune up, as well as a recommended refrigerant recharge and I do notice an improvement in the AC's output upstairs. Leaving this review because I thought i was working with an honest ethical small business who cared about the community and people. I had Full Blown visit 2 years back to install new part for the AC condenser and thought it was a honest and hard working company. I contacted full blown again to have my furnace checked up and the staff came and did an overall inspection and advised to have a furnace pan installed with a quote of almost $900. The staff said if I dont take care of it, there could a possibility of water leak later on that could damage my attic and walls. Since its a unexpected bill, I researched and looked around with other AC companies to compare the quote... if i had a better quote, I was definitely looking to jump ship. Well, what do you know? Unexpected definitely happened. I contacted 2 other companies (one was Ahead AC and another company ) and both came by and did inspections. Surprisingly, both companies said i do not need to have the pan installed below my furnace. Its perfectly fine and I dont need to waste my money. Its basically felt like Fulll blown was giving me suggestions that I didnt need like when Im at a car dealership...I dont need an oil change until 6 months later but i was told to have my oil changed with spark plugs, brakes, and new tires... i was shocked and very disappointed at Full blown staff. I dont like people playing games and wasting my time and money. I hope the owner at Full blown takes this responsibility and retrains his employees. And I certainly hope he is not the one teaching his employees.... Very disappointed and upset for giving false suggestions! I hope everyone compares all quotes from Full blown with ATLEAST 2-3 companies!! read more

Amazing service! I called in the morning to see if I can get someone to come look at my AC that's been blowing air but not cooling. I was looking for an honest company to come and repair the old style rigid ducts that had come loose in some spots. Everyone other company I called wanted to put in new ducts. I called Danny at Full Blown Heating and Air Conditioning on a Saturday and Danny answered his phone! He said he would have his guys out there to give me a bid. David, the tech, showed up and reviewed the ducts that needed repairing and quoted a GREAT PRICE. He did not try to upsell me. He said he's done these repairs a lot. No problem. Scheduled them for the next day and all my ducts are repaired exactly how I saw on YouTube. Duct tape and Duct Mastic and new duct insulation. Done!! Danny saved us a bunch of $$. David, the tech, is super nice and a very hard worker with the best attitude! Note: All the "big company" places like Service Champions would not even provide a quote to fix the ducts....Service Champions wanted $8-10K to put in just new ducts...Ridiculous since I got them repaired for less than10% of that. read more

When I found Full Blown on Yelp I already had one other estimate to replace my furnace which was very old. I had more or less decided to replace it.
