Tl;dr Josh is awesome, he is amazingly helpful, communicative and honest. I had a transmission replaced by a Chevy dealership, which took almost a month, and it failed that same week, so I took it too another dealership. Frustrated, upset and without a car, it took another 3 weeks. I knew a friend had got a lemon law deal for her car, so I started looking up lemon laws in California, and among my Google search, yielded Joshua Valero law. I gave him a call, he told me he thought I had a case, and he walked me through the likely outcomes. He told me I didn't have to pay a thing (in my case) and that he would take care of it all and simply needed some paperwork. While it does take a few months, he ended up getting me money from Chevrolet/GM. Josh is awesome!
