To which I had to explain to him that the Expected time posted by the toast website (you have to order online, they are only delivery or pick up based now) had passed by about 15 mins and I hadn't received a text. So I wanted to be sure that the order was even received by the establishment. I really didn't appreciate the attitude, especially after I had spent about $60 on 2 items and a lot of time traveling to the area.
