These guys are awesome very kind very thorough. They're in and out, and without using any chemicals. My tank has been thriving. Thanks to them. I've learned a lot. They always take care of me they go above and beyond even though it's a small 80 gallon tank always on time, I forget to schedule with them and they always give me a reminder I appreciate them. I would definitely recommend them. 10/10

Fish Galore! Valley Aquatics have been servicing our tank since January of this year. Their work is exceptional! We have received a lot of compliments since then. I'm glad I found them!

I found Sarkis and Hovik a little over a year ago. I was helping a friend service her 3 tanks and couldn't do it anymore. I needed professionals and I sure did find them with Valley Aquatics! They made my friend's tanks sparkle! I've always been pretty good at keeping up with my own tanks but it's ever too late to learn more. I've learned so much from them and my tanks have never been healthier! I had them build me a new system in March and I am so thrilled with it! They're always there when I have questions and they always offer excellent advice and products. Thanks, Valley Aquatics, for enriching my lifelong passion. You guys are The Best!

I am highly disappointed with our experience here and will not be returning…read more My 9-year-old daughter was originally so excited to visit this shop with her dad to buy her very first guppies. Unfortunately, they died within 24 hours, leaving her heartbroken. Since we live in the High Desert, we aren't local, but we decided to stop by again when we were back in the area. We spoke directly with Miguel and explained what happened. He assured my husband and me that if we took pictures of any future losses and kept our receipt, we could call him within 3 days and he "would work something out" with us. Based on that assurance, we bought 20 more fish. Sadly, the majority of them have already died. I followed instructions perfectly: I took photos of the dead fish and kept my receipt. However, when I called the shop, Miguel completely changed his terms, stating I now needed to bring the physical dead fish into the store and provide a water sample. I tested my water quality myself, and it is perfectly within range. In fact, I already have an existing tank of guppies that are actively thriving and reproducing--we only bought these new fish to add some color. Furthermore, the fish we purchased from Rainbow brought Ich into our established tank. Despite immediately treating the tank, the infection still killed the new fish and compromised my healthy ones. It is incredibly frustrating to be given a verbal guarantee only to have the store move the goalposts when a problem arises. Terrible customer service and unhealthy livestock. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I saw a fish displayed in the showcase marked for $24.99, so I asked if I could purchase it. I waited a long time just to get assistance, and after waiting around 25 minutes for the manager, I was told they couldn't sell it to me because "someone had dropped it off." Honestly, it felt more like an excuse than a real explanation. If an item is displayed with a price, customers should either be able to buy it or at least be informed properly from the beginning instead of being left waiting. Very poor customer service and a frustrating experience.

I've asked plenty of questions over time and have always received thoughtful, accurate advice. In fact, some of the best advice I've gotten there has been when they talked me OUT of buying something that wasn't right for my tank. Their fish are healthy, their tanks are clean, and the overall level of care is obvious the moment you walk through the door. As someone who pays close attention to fish health and aquarium maintenance, that's something I notice immediately. I drive past other stores to shop here because I trust the staff, trust the quality of their livestock, and know they care about the animals they're selling. That's earned my business for the long term.

The selection is incredible. Everything is clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up. You don't get that overwhelming, chaotic feeling that a lot of aquarium stores have. This place feels organized, calm, and honestly just really beautiful to walk through. What really sets them apart though is the customer service. They take their time with you, answer every question no matter how small, and you can tell they actually know what they're talking about. There is no pressure and no upselling, just genuinely helpful guidance, which is so rare these days. I also really appreciate how much they care about making sure you're set up for success, not just making a sale. They give honest advice and want your tank to thrive long after you leave the store. Whether you're brand new to aquariums or have been doing this for years, this is hands down the place to go. You can feel the passion the second you walk in. I will definitely be coming back again and again. Highly, highly recommend.

They survived 3 years of being out doors with predators, bad weather, foliage falling in the pond. The fishman came to my house prior to this last visit. The pond cleaning was adequate but this last time you can see that the pond was not cleaned. The next day all my fish were struggling. I called him to return as an emergency. He returned and that evening one by one all my fish died. My last fish died struggled for hours. First it looked like he was cleaning the pond very aggressively. A visitor told me that he did not look like he was allowing the fish time to adjust to the water and they could potentially die of shock. He did not scrub the algae. All the fish died. He promised to replace the fish and he did not. He promised $50 for reimbursement for the fish which was not actual value of the fish.
