I have used Valley Clean twice now for a complete scrub down in entirety of a 5,000 square foot 3 story house. Angie and Yvonne did such a great job on the top floor that I had them come back to do the second floor. This house has never had a complete cleaning in 20 years. After Angie and Yvonne finished, the hardwood shined, the porcelain was a bright white. They were very thorough and paid attention to the smallest details. I called this company along with a few others for a deep cleaning. They were extremely quick in responding with a reasonable quote. I ended up hiring them due to their timely communication and fair pricing. I did mention on multiple occasions that it was a deep clean because we were planning on putting our house on the market. I have a 2400 sq ft house and 3 cleaners spent 2h45 min cleaning. I asked them to avoid 2 bedrooms so it wasn't the whole house. They did a pretty good job but did fall a little short on my expectations of a "deep clean" they didn't clean any windows, but did window sills and blinds. The mopping of the floors was basic as I could still see some spots I easily wiped up with a Clorox wipe. The shower still has some very visible hard water stains. I would give 5 stars if it was a regular clean but am giving only 4 as I requested a deep clean and still need to do some extra on my own to give that nice "have to buy" shine before we market the home for sale. read more

I should have called Airell with Valley Clean A LONG TIME AGO!!! I needed help physically cleaning my house but was so stubborn thinking no one could do a better job than me. I researched four cleaning services through YELP. I finally reeled in my ego and called Valley Clean for a one time Deep Clean with the possibility of a Bi-Monthly Cleaning Service. Than I met an angel........ Vanessa is top notch. She is fast, listened to my concerns and takes action to include them in her routine. She is respectful, very friendly and does not ask nosey questions, unlike others. Big plus is the approval of Dempsey, my therapy dog . Airell worked with me in creating a timely routine that works for me and I was able to negotiate a rate based upon my needs without me having to use services that would be unnecessary for my small 2 bed / 1 bath home. So so first time experience; took twice as long but everything was done to my satisfaction. I was very pleased. Miscommunication for 2nd service time; maids were rushed, speaking a lot of Spanish and didn't finish everything to my satisfaction. I let it go. I intended on having a monthly or biweekly service but wasn't 100% certain. Airell is a good businessman but still in the process of learning the right business etiquette for working with clients. This means when a client says " I assumed after the last hicupp you weren't coming back." and he says " It's no big deal if you don't use our services." Then I guess I'm not a vital client. Had I been treated like a vital client; I would definitely have made an appointment for a few weeks from today. I was actually waiting for him to call , apologize and fight for my account. Nope.
