Triple A contacted Jan's Towing to provide me with towing service. I waited less than 35 minutes for the tow to arrive on a very busy afternoon. The wait time was no issue whatsoever. Jan's Towing sent a flatbed truck to my location and a very friendly, hardworking, and supportive driver. The driver had my truck on the flatbed in less than ten minutes. He also inspected the entire bottom of my truck while it was on the flatbed and advised me that it did not appear to be leaking any fluid, which was a huge relief. The driver delivered my truck to my driveway and offered words of encouragement by saying that "yes, it was unfortunate that I was involved in an accident, but on the bright side, no one was injured or worse, and that everything will be ok" Those words were very comforting and put this ordeal in perspective for my family and me Thank you for the great customer service.

I was contacted not long after my request saying they would be there in 45 min. to pick up my truck. 2 hrs later I got a text saying another 45min. This went on all day. By 5pm, they never showed. The following day they were sent out. After being sent out again, and being told by them again it will be 45min. 1 1/2 hrs later they showed and towed my truck. When talking with their dispatch, he was very rude, and the driver could care less and passed the issue back to dispatch claiming he was only a driver.

But when the guys showed up the service was very good. Guy was really savvy and was able to get my car started to where it ultimately didn't need the two but still needed to get to the dealership, and they gave me a courtesy follow to make sure that I got there OK. They also lowered the quoted price a bit since it didn't turn out to require the tow. Wish they'd had better communication about how late they were running but then the service was really solid once they got there.

So we start calling every tow truck company we could to find someone that would tow the car. Most of the places said no. Finally found one. It was Exline towing. By this time it was 3:30AM. Good thing it opens at 3:15AM. AAA sucks. The last time I called for them for a tow it took them 4 hours to get there. Bottom line is Exline saved our butts.
