When I first called this office, they refused to give me a quote or estimate for the specific billing codes because they said that I had to make an appoint with the dentist to see my situation. They would not even tell me if the cost would be above $1500 which was the price for crown and abutment that I was trying to match, by an oral surgeon who refuses to do the crown because I got the implant done by someone other than himself. So when I arrived for the appointment, it turns out that the Endodontist office did not send the X-rays because it was not time yet for my followup appointment, but Every Smile dental office gave me print out of the "treatment plan" and cost anyhow, when before they said they couldn't. And this is without their dentist examining my mouth. Why could they do this, when before they told me they would not give me an estimate unless I came into the office to see the dentist. Now I told them I wasted my time going there, when they gave me their answer anyhow when I didn't have to SHOW UP IN THEIR OFFICE. Cost is 2 x the oral surgeon's price of $1500, plus a discount cos I am a senior, I get their plan discount free, cost is $2300. Boy, I was NOT SMILING when I walked out their door! The reception was nice, though, so 2 stars instead of 1.

She filled 2 cavities and prepared my other tooth for a crown and ordered it from the lab. I got my crown placed January 2026 so excited! I appreciate after she filled one of my cavities near that area - it No longer is getting food caught. Bridgett from the front office was super helpful in explaining how I can check what I have left with insurance coverage and estimating my portion of the cost. When it was time for Dr Ward to see me he listened to what was going on with my tooth. He examined me and gave his suggestions on what I can do. I decided to get my cap on my tooth replaced. When I came back to get my permanent cap put on Dr Ward explained step by step what he was doing and why. I have never experience this with a dentist before. I really appreciated him doing that. All of his staff members were great. I have finally found a dentist I like. I would recommend Tempe Dental Care to my family and friends.

Unfortunately, I am unfamiliar with dental insurance and was surprised by how much my services would be to fill cavities in molars, remove wisdom teeth, and get a crown. Over $5,000 - jeez Louise! However, I gave them 4 stars because I experienced the ancient art of customer service here. Not only were they lovely throughout my entire visit to their office, but they called me when I got home to offer to take the value of the coupon off of any services I chose to get, making the cavity fills within my reach. They also advised me to prioritize the services by what my insurance will cover a greater percentage of. A few bonuses are that this office is very easy to find, beautifully and comfortably decorated, and they have a lot of really cool technology. The staff is very professional and personable. Looking for a new dental office and found Gibbons Dental. I sent in an email request for a call to…read moreset up an appointment. On 7/14 i received a call for a new patient appointment on 7/24. They had my email, phone number and my information to provide me the details of my appointment. There was never a phone call, a confirmation, a reminder, an add it to your calendar, nor even a notification sent. I received nothing about paper work or anything needed until less than 24 hours before the appointment was scheduled - They sent me a text message on 7/23 asking me to use a link to fill out the paperwork. I'm not sure how this business handles other patients, but I felt this was all very rushed last minute. They had 10 days - to provide me the links and possibly an email to verify the appointment and fill out the paperwork, rather than less than a 24hr notice via text message. They called 3 minutes after the appointment was scheduled. Asked if I was on my way - I advised that I had not received any confirmation until 24 hours prior and was not interested in doing business. I explined the frustration with timeliness and verification, and they receptionist proceeded to defend the lack of acknowledgement. I advised her that I would not entertain her argument, and advosed that if this is how they did things I would notify others via yelp and google. Save your time, and go to a dentist that respects your time. As time is money and last minute reaction is never a solution to not being proactive.
