Omg! I have experienced the wrath of periodontal disease my whole life! It's inherited thank you Dad) and pregnancy excelerates it (thank you Mom) and past treatments were painful and reinforced my fear of dentists offices! Just walking in to the "sterilized" smell REALLY sends me into a high anxiety state and unfortunately this professional staff was subjected to my neurosis! I truly almost called off my intention for services drowned by my own internal notes and experiences quadrupled by "the unknown" and drove the staff nutty. I can just see it when I called in..line 1 nutty woman on phone again! The staff was so compassionate and continually tried to alleviate my fears but to no avail. My son forced me into vehicle on the morning of surgery and I was crying as I sat down into the chair at their beautiful, clean office. I am not exaggerating in the least with my next following statements..I NEVER felt pain or pressure from the removal of my teeth nor did I experience that dreaded "crunching" sound that comes with the territory of teeth removal. My temporary teeth are the bomb.com and look exactly like my God given teeth which is so amazing! Set an appointment here with these people (not at church) for a "rebirth" or "2nd chance" with a new lease on life rejuvenated! I am so grateful for finding this particular office for my implant needs! Seems like everyone is hanging out a shingle for this type of service nowadays. It is an expensive decision that one needs to makes for theirself with not alot of margin for error due to costs. I bet those "other" TV advertising dental offices have to buy their positive reviews and don't receive the appreciation and accolades of a "real persons" experience such as what I'm taking time to express right now!! it's been two weeks since I had my all in 4 surgery and I couldn't be happier. The staff has been very friendly caring and clear from the beginning. I've never had a good experience with getting an IV but their anesthesiologists was amazing. The work done on my mouth is incredible I had no bruising and no pain and when I say no pain no painkillers it's exactly what I mean. also the pricing was reasonable... I was giving quotes 10k to 20k higher everywhere else I had gone. read more

Although I LOVE Dr. Mencini, I am not happy with the way this office does business. The new office manager NEVER follows thru and does what she says she will so you can never get a straight answer regarding your account. The accounting and billing system they use can't give you a full accounting so you have to rely on what they tell you and you can't rely on her. I truly don't think she knows what she is doing. I had to cancel my debit card in order to stop the automatic payments when my account was paid off (in fact they owed me a refund) because they continued to take money from my account that I did not owe. I would recommend Dr. Mencini and her back office staff 150% but because of the way the office manager is so incapable of doing her job I would not recommend this practice. read more

Everyone is knowledgeable about the process and Dr. Tolbert and his team are amazing. I chose the dentures with implants and am blown away at the functionality. As a former employee, the word loyalty does not apply here. This is a corporate office and money is the bottom line. I am one of a long list of technicians who have come and gone. The Dentist and office staff are demanding and arrogant, along with the long hours this leads to burnout. Bias and favoritism rule here over technical expertise. Ultimately this reflects on the quality of work produced. There are better places to work at for sure. Some people "need" a job and will put up with the BS until they as well will be cast aside. Sad! WARNING! This dentist discriminates! I made an appt for dental implants. I came to this office scared and in desperate need of help. The dentist looked right past me as a person, and said he didn't want to do my dental implants. I then begged him to help me, explaining how I dont even have teeth to chew anymore and i'm starving. I asked him that since he didn't feel comfortable doing the implant procedure, could he at least suggest other treatments, perhaps a partial denture or traditional dentures, it's not as good as implants, but at least i could eat, he said no and actually smiled. I said, "let me guess, the fact that I can't eat, its not your problem, right" and he just sat there. I burst in to tears and he actually called an employee to have me removed. The dentist is only interested in money, and giving someone traditional dentures is considerably less money, so he just makes up an excuse. I had cancer 9 years ago he said, I told him, "that is no reason to not do dental work on me". I informed him that I have a clean bill of health, but it didn't matter. What kind of person won't treat a cancer survivor! This guy was demeaning to me and degraded me for once having cancer! I am a hospice nurse and all my patients have had cancer at one time in their life, and they ALL have dentures! When i left his office and told his front office staff that the dentist didn't even treat me like I was human, they smiled and said thank you. Who does that! Not even an, "I'm sorry you feel that way", they made no apologies for his behavior. When i told them that I was going to Yelp about how badly I was treated, they condescendingly said thank you, again! PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! STAND UP FOR CANCER SURVIVORS! ! Show this dentist that it isn't ok to discriminate against cancer survivors!!! read more
