I decided to have my deck refinished by Patios4All and I couldn't be happier with the results! Naturally the deck is old and some places are not 100% but it beats spending $10k to re build the whole deck. I will probably stretch it for a few more years and have it replaced for a trex deck so no maintenance, but I do know who I would call when the time comes.
