Literally the man said we could either look around and look thru the catalog to find He took down the names of our groomsmen and that was ALL the help we recieved. Even when we asked questions he ignored us. We finally said we won't be needing any tuxes and he said okay! My mother said there is a thing called customer service and he scoffed at us! he was no help whatsoever. As we were looking thru the books he was doing receipts or something and then hanging out in the back. we are going with mestads. they were helpful in us finding a tux and they are even delivering all the tuxes to WINONA. Wedding planners sucks and from what i've heard they honestly shouldn't be in business anyway!

Today they were 20 minutes late to take me appointment. Had to cancel that last minute. Doctors office wanted to reschedule both appointment, one has to be seen prior to next one. I said I didn't want to do that, as already now partway there. Ride is very bumpy and made me nauseous. Then it felt like he was speeding trying to make up time. Car was too hot as well.
