Jess towed me with her car to the shop where I could get a mechanic on Sunday, to come and help out. They lent me tools, Chris and Jesse found the right parts for me in their store and offered to put me in touch with people who could walk me through the repair process. They had excellent customer service, and I can't believe how smooth it was to get my car fixed with their help. I have immense gratitude and I am humbled by them.

I bought winter wipers from this Napa store about 7 months ago, and I knew that something wasn't right because the wipers never "clicked" when I installed them. Months went by without any issues. A week ago, one of the wipers actually became unhooked while I was driving, and I knew I had to do something about it. I went to the store, told them the story, and without asking any questions, they replaced my wipers at no charge. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but I really appreciated it.
