Also, they did not even seem to care about withdrawals. I've had CRPS, osteoarthritis, multiple herniated discs both cervical and lumbar and chronic migraines. In short, I'm a hot mess. I primarily see Dr. Nasser and NP, Amelia Campbell and their attention to my concerns and thoroughness has been incredible. When I was in PT trying to avoid spinal fusion, I mentioned how painful it was, I know PT can hurt, I've had both hips and knees replaced. However, when I told Amelia I was leaving PT crying she sat me down and encouraged me to remember that while it can be uncomfortable, what l was experiencing could be doing more harm than good. She also said it could just be a bad fit and maybe I could see a different provider as there are many approaches to PT. The extra ten minutes she spent with me helped me remember to self advocate. Anyway, she cared and her advice was very helpful. The office staff are efficient, friendly and kind. In all the years I've been there, they've only run behind one or two times. I highly recommend them.

They asked if I wanted to continue to wait and I said no as well as to rescheduling. I was so disgusted that I declined to reschedule. Oxycodone 9.5 years and I would take them for 3 weeks then off a week and going back on them after the week off I realized I was in more pain after taking it dumb and I finally told him I wanted off of them we set a date and I have been off them over 3 years and in those over 3 years I started to hate and despise opioids. I am in less pain off of them and we started doing epidural injections with my trigger points and I am also on soboxone for pain not addiction to opioids and if I didn't like the soboxone and I wanted to back to Oxycodone then we would of went back to Oxycodone but since I went off it I have told him how much I hate it and it caused over 10,000 in dental because the sweet tooth it caused and dry mouth. No dental issues with Suboxone but I do a lot to keep it that way. When I was taking Oxycodone he would switch me to Vicodin to help with becoming immune to it but it didn't do anything and reason why is because it didn't make me feel like my aoxy did and absolutely I told him that so a pain doc you can say that to is wicked good. Only thing I will leave out is my doctor ors name because he's in high demand because he's good at what he does and his memory is insane which shows he pays attention and listens. Technology has come a long way and so many incredible treatment options that work other than opioids and mentally being off of them I am less fussy because my body craved it caused more pain. It's like feeding the beast. A lot of incredible providers and if you are lucky to get my doctor first visit you will know who he is. I had a very disappointing experience at this office…read more Before my appointment, I called to ask if I could be billed later for the visit, and I was told that it would be fine. Based on that information, I took time off work and kept my appointment. When I arrived, I was told that I could not be billed later and that the information I had been given over the phone was incorrect. I explained that someone should be held accountable for giving patients inaccurate information, especially when patients take time off work based on what they're told. When I said that whoever gave me the incorrect information should be corrected so this wouldn't happen to other patients, the front desk employee suddenly handed me the phone and said, "Here, you talk to them." I declined because it wasn't my responsibility as the patient to confront or correct another employee. I was simply asking the office to address the mistake internally. Instead of acknowledging the error, I was then told, "You can always reschedule," which was not a solution after I had already made arrangements to be there. After my payment was made, the office manager came into the testing room while I was with the technician. I tried to de-escalate the situation by saying, "I'm sorry, I wasn't trying to get upset or mad. I was just told this over the phone." She replied, "I don't want to get mad either." I perceived that comment as threatening, which is why I responded, "Is that a challenge?" As the patient, I found the interaction intimidating and inappropriate. I reminded her that I was the patient and asked her to leave so I could finish my appointment. I do want to point out that the technician who performed my VNG test was professional and courteous. My concerns are not with the technician but with the way the front office handled the situation. Based on my experience, the front office demonstrated a lack of training, professionalism, and accountability. While I was there, it also appeared that other patients were experiencing issues with how the front office was handling things. Mistakes happen, but professionalism is measured by how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, instead of acknowledging the error and working toward a resolution, I left feeling dismissed, intimidated, and disappointed with the overall experience.

So now she decided I should be declined my meds because I went to the hospital. Never asked me what hospital or my records. I drank wine without taking any pills and now I am on the discharge list. Amazing group of professionals First, the initial consultation/assessment is extremely well done- Doug had prepared for my first appointment by knowing my current situation, had reviewed my xray and images ahead of time and got right to the assessment. Doug's in-depth knowledge of how to treat my joints, muscles, tissue and major spinal hardware and the interconnections with my knees, hips and back following my recent back surgery was impressive to say the least. He comes up with a personalized action plan and we jump right in and get to work. The staff was/is amazing - showing how to do exercises, walking me through the ways to protect my current physical limitations while also motivating me to feel my body 's reactions to the exercises. The variety of treatments (love the warming up with heat blankets/pads!), needling, compresses, stretches and exercises shows that this is not your typical Physical Therapy Clinic! Office Staff, Therapist staff, Doug -- all an extraordinary group of professionals working together to get my aches and pains on the way to recovery.
