They made the building safer by stopping the people who were doing smoking and selling drugs in the laundry room and in front of the building. He put up a gate and cameras and improved the security and now it feels safe to live here. I also like that they are part of the neighborhood. Victor helped the school kids paint the Joker stairs next to the building. It was really nice to see them encourage and be part. This is a good company. They care about the building and the people who live here.

The surrounding area is safe and there are lots of restaurants in walking distance. There are parks in all directions which are quiet and peaceful. Public transportation is also close by. The common areas come equipped with a pool table, gym and BBQ in the center of the building. The outdoor space is great for sunbathing and entertaining. I rarely see these areas in use and we can enjoy them to ourselves most of the time. Our car is garage-kept which is great to keep it out of the rain, snow and elements. The garbage is also indoors so no need to go outside. The neighbors are very friendly and greet you. It is a nice community. Pat was great accommodating our schedule and showing us around the unit and common areas. Our 1/1 unit is spacious with an open floor plan. The stainless steel appliances are modern and the kitchen has tons of cabinet and counter space. We were fortunate enough to secure a unit with a large 400 sq ft patio and a chic pergola. We have ample room for our couches and dining set. The walk-in closet has ample space and the bedroom is large enough for dressers and a California king size bed. We see Adrian the most around the property keeping things in order. He's very friendly and caring, always greeting us and our 5 lbs Yorkie, Rolo. In the past 7 months, we have only needed maintenance once and Keith came to the rescue immediately.

We have been dealing with an ongoing ant infestation in our apartment since February 10th and have…read moresubmitted multiple pest control tickets regarding the issue. The ants first started appearing in our living room and then spread to the bathroom and kitchen. They had gone away in the bathroom for a period of time, but have now come back. We have also noticed cracks in the molding, walls, and cabinets where the ants appear to be coming from. Pest control currently comes ONLY once a week, but this has not been enough to resolve the ant infestation. The same spray and bait methods continue to be used, but the problem keeps returning. The ant infestation continues to make it near impossible for us to use our kitchen. We also have a dog in the apartment, which makes the repeated spraying and ongoing infestation even more inconvenient. Communication has also been frustrating, as the call system relies on voicemail callbacks that are difficult to coordinate when residents cannot answer during work hours. While we appreciate the sympathy shown, we have not received clear solutions or meaningful progress. We have also spoken with residents on multiple floors who said they are experiencing ant problems as well.

All I needed was to meet with the board for an interview before closing. I met with the board, and the whole process took only 15 minutes. They asked me my name and didn't ask me for identification to verify it was actually me. They then gave me a list of rules and read through the rules, which I was instructed to initial each as it was read as I agreed. All was read, and all was initialed. They had no questions for me. I was told to call tomorrow to see if I was approved. The next day, I called and was told I was denied, with no explanation and no obligation to tell me why. Now, keep in mind I was the perfect candidate. I am an Airline Pilot, a single person who is away to work 4 days out of the week and only home 3 days a week. They had all type of fees associated with the process of this purchase, I spent over $2,200 only to be told I was denied with no explanation. I feel scammed. I wonder how many people they do this to. I hope I can save someone the heartache and their hard earned money.

My grandmother needed a portable ramp so that we could get her up on the sidewalk without having to hoist the wheelchair up. I agree with the complaint about snow maintenance. The entire roadway should be done with better care. It almost always gets iced over because they don't put enough salt down. But I must say again the management is horrible. Please get them some training and think about taking better care of the residents.
