We found our 3 bedroom apartment on Trulia and within a day, we were contacted by Ari. He accommodated our schedule to view the unit and gave us a tour of the building, as well as helpful tips on how other tenants utilized their space. The application process was easy and Ari was always easy to contact. With his help, we signed our lease in no time and anticipate moving into our new place! I highly recommend them as they are truly professionals and make the rental process as painless and simple as possible. Ari was honest with the units he showed us and didn't have those gimmicky sales pitches (like some management companies). BEWARE RENTERS!!! This Joker calls himself a Broker but is clueless, he tried to BAIT and SWITCH me and my fiance into a unrenovated apartment at a higher price than advertised. His office is a crummy Internet Cafe where he took us to download applications, call his office, but we believe he pretended to call as it seemed no one was on the other side of the phone. After the call the price of the apartment went up another $45, he asked for cash, no credit cards, or bank checks and promised to email a receipt. ARI SILVERSTEIN is a deceptive agent that watches too much reality TV and thinks he can con clients. BEWARE ! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY ENEMY! He was not prepared, cannot guarantee the apartment. We found him annoying after 15 mins with him a good sign to move on...... too many loopholes and tricks up this Joker's sleeves for us! We left him in his office "the internet cafe"! RENTERS BEWARE!
