He then looked up at me with a displeased look, and with a raised, irritable voice, said, "Hold on! I can only do one thing at a time! Ok?!" He looked like he wanted to fight. So I looked right at him and said, "I'm not rushing you. Take all the time you need." But I wanted to say, "God damn ... what's with the fking attitude? If you hate this chink, just say so!" The clerk is a skinny white boy, probably in his early twenties. I've bought from them before. But being that they seem to be part of the "we hate Asians" movement, I won't be visiting that shop anymore. I refuse to give my money to a shop that promotes racism.

Yes they were helping other customers, both men that, from what I could tell, were hispanic. But in my experience, you say hello to potential new customers as they enter the premises. You say we'll be with you as soon as we can when you know there is going to be a wait of more than a couple of minutes. When you read the negative reviews it will be by someone that wanted to much for their pawn or sold item. You will get a fair price for your item because it is colloidal on the loan. Should you not come back to pay off your loan, they then sell it and if they loan you to much on your colloidal, then you stick it with them and they need to make a proffit when they sell it. When you purchase one of their items you will get a great price because they price it accordingly so you get a good deal and they make a profit. If the employees at this store are Honest that Is why Ive been a customer for all these years.

Hearing about this place from the manager at Sharpshooters in Springfield I figured I'd give it a try. It was more than worth the trip for multiple reasons. They have a beautiful selection of firearms, accessories, and other trinkets and for very reasonable prices might I add. Getting down to the nitty gritty, the range experience was phenomenal and my dad and I felt extremely welcomed and respected. The range operation is solid and reasonable but what really topped things off for me was the staff. From entering the store and getting a breakdown of range rules to being out on the range and getting guidance from the RSO's. I want to give a huge shoutout to Alan and I believe his name was Jake (forgive me if I got it wrong) but it was a younger guy who used to be a deputy. Both of them were awesome man. Jake helped me sight in my pistol I've been struggling to zero and he gave me tips and pointers genuinely. Alan did the same but for my new rifle scope and was really thorough and genuinely as well. That's something I really appreciated and took into consideration while being there. I won't sit here and say I'm a know it all and if there's something I don't know I'll say that. I wasn't looked at like I was dumb, instead I was helped out and taught well. High regards for this range and I'm really glad I have the opportunity to get out to this range when I can.

This is an auction place. There might be one of an item; there might be more. It's unlikely that they will ever be able to restock I found their missed appointment policy to be ridiculous. I tried to change my appointment - the website says I can make one change for no charge. I tried calling them and emailing them. No response. Finally I was out there and talked to the "owner" and to another person. I was promised a refund of the fees. I received no such refund. I emailed again. Again no response. Once you walk out of the door with the merchandize, you are done. They are not going to make things right. I am out and I will not recommend them to anyone I like. I got sucked in by the cheap prices. Turns out, it is not worth the savings. I was telling everyone about the site. I no longer do that.
