Adjustment was good I suppose, but their billing is a scam. They show on their website $50 for adjustments (where I booked initial appointment) for new or returning patients photo provided, but when you pay they don't give you an option for $50 cash payment without insurance. They just tell you once they find out you have insurance they have to bill them which comes out to over $90 if you have a deductible to meet. You need to provide this information BEFORE!!!! adjustments or include that info on your website while providing options for your patients so they can find the most affordable option for them. I already called and spoke to them and when I expressed my concern for their faulty billing practices they just repeated the same sentence over and over again robotic like saying they explain this, they do not, without understanding how this can be false advertisement to new clients. They also sent a paper bill with precollections on it saying the amount is 90 days past due when my husband and I were there Sept 14th and it is now Nov 4th. Too bad as they're so close to my new home, but I'll just keep making the 35 min drive to my previous chiropractor who is great and straightforward with their pricing. Edit: Let me once more reiterate Dr. Perez. My issue is with your pricing and scheduling on your website, NOT my insurance. It's irrelevant the years of practice and/or your time working with insurance companies, when I see a pricing listed within the scheduling I'm not going to once more sift through your website to make sure said pricing is accurate. The low price is to get foot traffic into your office then once you've provided services the surprise is at the end during payment when staff go through the payment verbatim after discovering you have insurance. If I would have known ahead of time I would not have bothered giving your services a chance. When your staff contacted me via phone for said payment I was driving and stated I cannot pay whilst driving my vehicle and I was concerned about the new total and I am allowed to see an itemized bill as most people would before paying a questionable total. You're more concerned with a bad review and having to be straight forward on your website and I hope this review makes any new client aware of your billing practices. read more

This review has been long overdue. I bought the two 50 min message with chiropractic evaluation and adjustment through Groupon two years ago. The massage both times by different therapist were lacking in technique and very rushed. The adjustments, both times also rushed with poor technique. No cracks whatsoever. The Dr indicated that my left leg was longer than my right, which is true. And after her ineffective (lack of relief and left with more pain) "adjustments" I was somehow miraculously "aligned" and "even." Most definitely a red flag if a Dr says this. If I didn't already pay upfront through Groupon, I would not have returned after the first visit. I'm all about second chances, however the second time back just confirmed everything I felt to be true about this establishment - they do not care about spending time getting to know their patients and helping them with their issues. You are treated like a number. Sad business practice and I feel sorry for those who pay with their hard earned money for below average services. I would look elsewhere. read more

I was rear ended on the 163 freeway this past March. For weeks I would have headaches and severe neck pains. I spend a lot of time on the laptop for work and the neck pains were really impacting my professional and personal life. After 5 months of chiropractic care under Dr. Perez and her team, I am fully recovered. Her approach was not limited to my visits where she made adjustments to my neck and spine, but also involved stretching and muscle strengthening at home. Each of my visits started with massage therapy and Nancy was amazing. She knew exactly where my muscles were stiff and she smoothed out all the knotted fibers. Above the amazing treatment I received, the service provided by Valerie was awesome. Scheduling and re-scheduling my appointments were simple. I love that they have an automated system to send me a text the day before to remind me and allow me to confirm my appointment. Valerie welcomes me with a happy smile at the beginning and end of every visit.
