With a very poor experience at Ware Chevrolet, we took my widowed friend directly to Jackie's for a second opinion! Not only did they diagnose the car correctly, the price quoted was very, very reasonable. Great and fast service plus the two gentlemen that were the service writers knew what they were doing, unlike Ware Chevrolet! Was quoted $88 for an oil change on my 06 corvette Chevrolet synthetic oil. Arrived a the young man offered Mobil 1 in between his bottle of spit from his chew. Here is where customer beware, they get $26 bucks a quart for Mobil 1 when you can purchase it anywhere for under $30 for 5 quarts. It's my bad for not inquiring price difference but I believe it's good business practice to let the consumer know it's quite a difference in price $200 compared to $88. Of course perhaps if the young man could politely hold off on spitting in his bottle the chew for 5 minutes while he's discussing a business proposal we might have gone there on price. I believe Melissa would have informed the client of the difference in costs so the client could make a good financial decision. In this instance the young man and his chew was way more important than a client. Never again service without asking for total cost. My bad. read more

I bought a 2019 chevy silverado about 6 months ago and yesterday it started having transmission problems they refused to accommodate or help me in anyway even tho i have had the vehicle less then 6 months telling me my loss on the deductible and the car rental was better then a new transmission didn't offer to wavy anything or try to help me with a vehicle nothing....will not be buying another vehicle there ever read more

I'd give it a zero if I could..we've always dealt with "Jacky Jones" for over 10 yrs & have even referred friends & family to them because they always treated customers with respect & dignity. Since it switched over the "VRC" it's has went down the drain, into the sewer & straight into the pits of hell!!! there's only 2 salesmen that work there that are like they should be a "family" all the other good ones got ran off because they were honest with the customers & they didn't feel comfortable treating them like poo, I say that because the 2 that's there now care about their customers & are nice & doesn't be little you like the other ones thats new especially the new owner & the finance mngr! they could care less about any of the customers. I was Interested in trading & they were asking $13k above msrp & my personal bank said no that it was priced way to high..I went back & told them that & was told we'll we ain't coming down when we can sell it at for that price at auction , i then told them to sell it at auction then that I couldn't believe they were being so greedy just to line their own pockets. a cpl weeks later a friend went to their "by back program" and traded his older car for a "new to him" car. was told everything was good to go only to find out the car isn't even financed through who they'd put on paperwork!!! He told VRC what was wrong & was told by finance mgr that it was now his problem! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! based on the the way I was treated, & my friend along with a lot more people Ive talked to..I can't imagine how they treat the rest of the employees that have a heart & care about their customers! SHAME ON YOU VRC (Mgr & Finance Mgr...if you want to call them that) for being jerks to people that pay for your lifestyle, home, car, food etc! y'all need to take it down a notch & not think your all high & mighty because you sit behind a desk lieing to people...your time will come to face judgement on that! everyone needs to go to Jacky Jones used cars in hayesville if you want a trustworthy salesman, mgr etc...or even Bill Holt in ga, both places treat you like a person & are very nice & aren't pushy, rude or heartless! read more

Purchase a part from the Parts Dept. and took it to the repair shop to get installed. It was a 'bad' part and they gave it back to me to return to Valley River Parts Dept. When I took it in to exchange ( an hour later) the MANAGER said I would have to pay for another one!!! He said because it was taken out of the package???? WTF... How do I know if the part is bad.... by looking at the package? A bunch of idiots at this place!!!! They have a Parts Manager who is this inept?? read more

Brought my car in for service and was explicit about problem. I even told them what a transmission shop had advised. Jacky Jones Chevy said They "fixed" it charging me almost $1,500. They NEVER corrected any problems. Second return to shop within about 24 hours. They then said something else to fix original problem. Charge this time, $500. More. Again absolutely nothing was done to correct problem. In my opinion (Other then Service manager) service writers and owners were rude. Brought in car again. This time car was returned and body of car was keyed. Litigation over charges that corrected nothing of original problems to be initiated. read more

My 2011 GMC Acadia needed some major repair, the mechanic explained and tried to show me what was going with the car and what needed to done. my wife took our buick to murphy jacky jones... abs lights on.... alternator humming... she was told $3000.00 for repairs... buick was totally detailed.... so called mechanic left grese all over tan carpet.... $140.00 to hook up to computer.... i replaced the alternator myself.... guess what???? the abs lights went out....... save you money!!!! go to a real mechanic read more

We took our 2016 GMC Yukon to have a new set of tires put on (the vehicle's first tire change) and they scratched all 4 wheels. In the process of trying to get this issue resolved we were unfortunately subjected to the "Service Manager" Mike Pope. Needless to say, our experience went drastically downhill at that point. First, when Mike asked "what's wrong" and I pointed to a visibly obvious scratch (which the other 3 employees involved admitted to seeing) he rudely said that he couldn't see it, that he didn't see anything wrong. When my wife asked him who his boss was and asked to speak with him, he mocked her to her face, saluted her, spun around and stormed back into the building to get his manager. At this point, we were both taken aback, as neither of us had ever been treated so rudely at any place of business (or anywhere else for that matter). Later, when Mike returned with the store manager and I questioned his mocking of my wife, Mike's response was (in the same rude tone) "I didn't realize I worked for her". I then corrected Mike explaining to him that a "Service Manager" does work for their customers, to which the store manager sheepishly agreed. Any company that will allow such a rude and verbally abusive person to work for them in any capacity, much less as a manager SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! Any company that will allow an employee to treat any customer (especially a woman) this way should be held accountable. We are both still in shock over the whole experience. There's no need to speak to this dealership's lack of integrity, the fact that they continue to employ this person speaks for itself. read more
