Ben always calls in advance for scheduling and he always calls to provide an ETA (the day of the scheduled appointment). These guys are proper and polite and also do amazing work. Give Josh a raise that guy is amazing!! I'm shocked every time him and his guys come over because they clean up so well it's like no one entered the home. We are thoroughly pleased with all their work and services. Jennifer was so accommodating and nice and got me scheduled right away. Stephen arrived about 2 minutes early, perfect! He was extremely professional and friendly. He and his son were neat and clean (unlike some other businesses we've used! ). They took the time to move the furniture out of the rooms very carefully. They also used some kind of corner/wall guards to ensure their equipment wouldn't bang up the walls and door frames which was very nice. Since we were doing our young children's rooms Stephen took the time to assure me they use a high quality green product that is safe for them combined with high heat. They are a small family business and as a dad he was awesome about talking to my kids who were not too sure about these strangers in our house lol! They were a pleasure to have in our house really! The carpets tuned out SO nice!! There were 5 years of gross stains and wear and tear and now they look fresh and bright and so much better. On top of doing quality work and being the nicest family, they also give back to the community!! 3% of their sales is given to the school district the customer lives in to help with school lunch programs. And they are currently looking for people in need of a cleaning so they can have a raffle and do someone's house for FREE!! They're genuinely nice, hardworking people that I would highly recommend.

When I first called he answered right away and set up a date for him to come out. Between my schedule and his it was about 10 days before it worked for both of us, but I didn't mind the wait. Alan showed up right on time, measured the rooms and gave me a quote within just a few minutes. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the price was and of course agreed. He did an excellent job both stretching and cleaning the carpet and it took him right at the amount of time he estimated. When it came time to pay the bill, he prefers checks, I decided to round up by 20% because it was so reasonable and the work was done beyond my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate one second having Alan back to take care of our floor cleaning needs.
