Sadly I can not recommend this office. I met Dr Gofnung when I was in my late 20s and he diagnosed…read moreme with Hashimoto. I was relieved as no one else had checked my antibodies and he got me all straightened out. When I moved to west hills I had thought great I can go back to him but have had zero luck this time. I was 15 minutes late to an annual check up because there are two buildings that look identical and I went into the wrong parking structure so I drove back around to the right location and they said oh we only allocate 15 minutes for an annual visit so you'll have to reschedule and he's booking into next year which was basically 10 months later right my mouth dropped to the floor. Had an appointment set up in August and they didn't tell me that I needed to do bloodwork before hand so see if we should reschedule the appointment so I can get my blood work done. They never got back to me. They canceled my appointment and now that was this week and now he's not available until April of next year so how am I supposed to get consistent care when he's always unavailable? He also went on leave for three months. I think that the people who are answering the phone really are not relaying messages. They need to get their act together and communicate. It's really hard for me to message him unless he messages me in MyChart.

If could add a million stars I would!!! Thirteen years ago I…read morehad my daughter Amaya, I was beyond blessed to have Dr. Ayalon as my OB/GYN throughout my entire journey. To this day, he remains hands-down the best doctor I have ever had. From the very beginning, he was attentive, compassionate, patient, and truly present every single step of the way. He made me feel cared for, heard, safe, and supported during one of the most important times in my life. Doctors like him are incredibly rare. Even after all these years, I still speak so highly of him because the level of care he provided left such a lasting impact on me. If I were ever blessed to have another child, I would honestly fly back to California from Chicago just to have him guide me through that journey again. Forever grateful for such an amazing doctor and human being. Janet alonzo

I was very disappointed with the Doctor. He has incredible reviews, and that may be true if you are…read more"weight appropriate" but if you are overweight at all his bedside manner was not great. I am having my FIRST baby and he made me feel so anxious and worried rather than reassure me that we can get through this. He basically implied that I will have pre-eclampsia, and gestational diabetes. When I asked why he said that IVF was "unnatural" and "overweight" and "age". While I understand that all of these things may be true there is a better way to approach these things. The doctor also said "open wide" like my vagina was my mouth. It was just unnerving. If this appointment was my first time seeing my baby I would have been SO disappointed because the ultrasound images were HORRIBLE. They don't even LOOK like a baby. Luckily, I had amazing photos from the IVF doctor. It was also not just the doctor, but the intake person also asked me about a procedure I had and I couldn't recall the name of it but was saying it was called...hystero-something and she asked if I had a hysterectomy...I looked at her and said "well, I'm pregnant, so it's not that." I also asked if they had worked with any Doulas they had no clue what I was asking. It was just overall very disappointing and I will not be going back.
