At 4:30 I was still sitting in the waiting room, and my car was still not serviced for a tire rotation. I approached the front desk and informed them that I'd been there 40 minutes and needed to return to work. They responded, " I guess you'll have to make another appointment." I believe they make appointments but fill up their spaces with people buying tires that they can make a higher profit from rather than service the customers they have already.
