I returned to the shop the same day, and they scanned the code, which came back as P0430 (catalyst system efficiency below threshold). What is concerning is not just the timing, but the response I received. I was told it was "just a coincidence," and no further effort was made to inspect the vehicle. Given that this issue appeared immediately after service, I expected at minimum a basic check of components that may have been accessed or affected during the inspection, such as oxygen sensor connections or anything near the exhaust system. Instead, the concern was dismissed without any attempt to rule out whether something may have been inadvertently disturbed during service. As a customer, that lack of follow-through is frustrating and does not reflect thorough or responsible service. Additionally, my overall experience raised concerns about professionalism and honesty. During check-in, I was told that I would need new wiper blades in order for my vehicle to pass inspection. I was initially quoted $14.99 for the blades, but then the associate realized the correct length I needed was actually priced at $20. I was told he would still honor the $14.99 price, but that the receipt would show the 24-inch blades at the higher price. Being told one thing while knowingly documenting something different is concerning. Given that this kind of falsehood occurred, it raises questions about what else may not have been handled correctly during my service, including whether the correct oil was used or if something else may have been impacted. During check-in, I was also encouraged to leave a five-star review due to the number of one-star reviews the business has received. A specific complaint was even mentioned about the business not having a working phone. However, a phone number is printed on receipts, which would reasonably lead customers to believe they can contact the business by phone. That disconnect is misleading. While waiting for my vehicle, I observed staff engaging in unprofessional behavior, including using profanity and focusing more on social interactions than customer service. After paying $163, even with a $25 off coupon, I am now in a position where I still have to consult with a reputable mechanic to resolve an issue that was not present when I brought my vehicle in, and clearly was not present when the business passed the vehicle for a state inspection. I understand that the mechanical issue may ultimately be unrelated. However, the timing alone warranted a closer look, and I should not have had to push for that level of care. Combined with the lack of professionalism and questionable business practices, this experience has left me needing to seek a second opinion elsewhere, something that could have been avoided with more thorough service and accountability.

I will admit that the claim to 10 minute oil changes seems dubious but you can pretty consistently get out in under 20 minutes unless they're busy. Inspections can be slow because they only use one of three lanes for that, so you can have a line of cars waiting for inspections with two empty bays. The customer lounge is minimal, but at least there's chairs and air conditioning, and really you're not here long anyways. I've never had issues with them trying to do shady upselling like some places (air filters/wipers/etc without even checking.) All around quick and professional service and a good choice.

On this afternoon. I was initially greeted with professionalism by staff members including a manager named Banks and another manager named Sean. Both individuals were courteous and informative and my early impression of the business was positive. However, the situation quickly deteriorated due to the conduct of an employee by the name of Olivia. While I was in line for for the services I experience an extended and unexplained delay of approximately 20 to 25 minutes, during which employees appeared disengaged and focused on casual conversations rather than assisting waiting customers. No communication or acknowledgment of the delay was provided. When I briefly left to explore other service options and later return, I was eventually directed to a service Bay where another technician whom name I cannot recall assisted me. This individual demonstrated professionalism, respect, and a strong work ethics throughout the whole process, even while working without adequate support. Unfortunately, Olivia's behavior escalated further during my services. She openly refused to assist with my vehicle, made dismissive and inappropriate comments within earshot and created a hostile and uncomfortable environment. At multiple points. She spoke negatively about me to her co-workers and demonstrate a lack of professionalism that is unacceptable in a customer service setting. I also perceive certain remarks as discriminatory in nature. After my service was completed, I attempted to address my concerns calmly. However, the situation escalated significantly when manager Banks became involved. Rather than de-escalating the issues he engaged in unprofessional and aggressive behavior, including the use of inappropriate language towards both myself and my niece who was on the phone during the interaction. His conduct included verbal insults and statement that could reasonably be interpreted as threatening. At this point, what began as a customer service concern became a highly distressing and computational situation. I ultimately left the premises feeling disrespected unsafe and extremely dissatisfied. I would like to you all the to know that the technician who service my vehicle as well as the other employee working at that time conducted themselves with professionalism and should be commended their behavior stood in shark contrast to that of Olivia and Banks. Due to this experience, I have reported the incident to my supervisors and sharing my concerns within my professional network as someone affiliated with a company that managed a large fleet of vehicles. They always want to call not long after you've dropped the vehicle off with some type of upcharge. It's always you need this, that and then some. We get our vehicles serviced on the regular, so they shouldn't need more work done to them. There's a lot of new faces around, and it doesn't seem as if they know what they're doing. It's like you can't just drop it off for a regular oil change without them calling saying you need this and that done. When my mom and sister were driving through High Point and had car trouble, they called High Point Tire. They helped them get a rental car so that they could continue their trip to the beach, and had their car ready when they returned. Best people ever!
