I decided to replace them when I got a set of 4 new tires for the car. I have never bought tires from a dealer before. You would think the prices would be crazy compared to local tire shops, or even walmart. Was not the case at all. Due to the special this dealership was running, I only had to pay for 3. Around $950. The local tire shops were all quoting over $1,200 for a set of these 4 tires (Continental 235/50R17). So I decided to get them from Con Paulos. Was a great decision. The techs replaced all of the studs and lug nuts as requested (for my personal safety standards), as well as all 4 tire sensors. I was given a heads up it was wise to replace all 4 even though I only planned to replace the one having issues. It was much cheaper to do now while the wheels were already off the car. This saved me some money in the future. Extremely satisfied with the service at this dealership. It is so rare that even if you have to drive further, go to Con Paulos. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else. They even hand washed my car, and it was filthy from just returning from a camping trip the day before. I have had terrible service at so many other dealerships trying to "take me for a ride" financially. Con Paulos does not do this, and deserves special recognition for the honest business practices and extra mile service. Does service get any better than this anywhere? I don't think so!

To top it off took the cars back home, had them sitting in a heated garage not being used and two weeks later went to start one of the cars and it wouldn't start. They take no responsibility for their work. We had to get the car towed back down and they tell me it's just bad luck on my part. Now I have heard horror story after horror story about this place. They were nice, and more then happy to show me what they had for sale. They were honest about what they knew about my truck, and I walked away with a 4x4 all with a bored over performance motor for under $4000. This truck ran even after hitting a deer, and even after catching fire (my camshaft blew and blew big). One motor later and almost 10 years on the road and it is still going. I've been able to keep it on the road because this dealer gave me every detail about it. Next time I'm in the market for a truck they will be my first stop.

Horrible follow up and service. We flew out from another state to come by a truck from them. It's been 3 months and we still haven't gotten the title to the truck, with nobody calling us or following up. They put something on the truck that covered all the paint issues so we didn't see any of it until it rained and it washed it all off. The swirls marks all over the doors are totally noticeable. I've called 4 times with somebody saying they will call me back and nobody ever does. All this dealership wants is your $, they will do nothing to help you after or follow up.

Part of the "deal" in purchasing was that an oil leak that the truck had would be fixed. Not only…read morewas it not fixed, but their go to mechanics made it worse, broke the valve cover never put in a valve cover gasket but used silicone, and silicones the crack in the valve cover. They should have also replaced the o-rings on my coolant lines when they took my turbos off to "fix" my valve cover leak ( which was actually the vacuum pump going to the brake booster) so my coolant lines went bad, I had a never ending coolant leak, and an even worse oil leak... but $4387.01 out of pocket and I have a nice truck. Be careful with these guys.

When someone finally came out, he was very cold and clearly had no interest in helping me. Then I got told several lies, including that as a first time car buyer I had to put 20% of the payment down. The guy then told me since I hadn't been working at my job for more than 6 months it would be impossible for me to buy a car. I was confused and went to another dealership where they told me that I was lied to at Dependable Auto Sales. I was able to get a great deal on a car from that dealership that same week. Not sure what is going on at this place but it isn't good business. Do not go here!
