There was no difference in how we set them up or cared for them. I emailed Valley View a week after I got my tree to let them know what happened, but no one responded. I emailed them two more times, still no reply. I tried calling them, but was told they could not help me. I went in person back to the lot where I bought it and was told that "I heard last year's trees looked pretty bad" and "once you buy it, the purchase is final". Jason explained all the different varieties of each. I chose a Meyer lemon tree, one Cara Cara orange tree, one Desert Gold peach tree and one Santa Rosa plum tree. I also spoke with Barb about the care of all the trees, she took the time to give me detailed care explanations on each tree. That really help and she really knows a lot about plants and trees. The crew that delivered and planted the trees were very prompt, skilled and polite. I am very pleased with my whole experience with Whitfill nursery. So I decided to investigate having a tree delivered and found Valley View. I spoke with a friendly woman there and told her what I wanted. She suggested a Noble Fir and I scheduled it to be delivered several days before Christmas. The delivery man arrived on time, brought the tree into my house and set it up in my living room. It fit perfectly, and was really beautiful. Plus, it was very fresh, and even a week after Christmas, it has hardly dropped any needles. Of course, the price is a bit more than buying a tree at Home Depot, but this was SO much better! I'm very happy and will definitely have another tree delivered for Christmas next year!
