They talk to me like we're friends. Every member of the staff. I would usually prefer to not get poked and prodded once every six weeks, but, I can handle it when I'm treated so well. They listen. They're respectful. They're funny. It's been about two years of seeing these women on a regular basis. And I don't dread it. Ever. I've recommended that everyone looking for some kind of orthodontia go there. And I mean it. Dr Fleming is just a beautiful person, with more knowledge and confidence than I've ever experienced. And you can tel she educated her staff, and treats them well. I'll miss them! But I don't miss these wires in my face!!

Since then quality and service has gone down tremendously. The front desk lady is rude & is always rolling her eyes when you ask questions; snarky remarks, very unwelcoming. I went in for my basic cleaning appointment at another Dental Place, which they pointed out I had LOTS of cement still glued on my teeth from my Herbst Appliance & Braces. I then was told my retainers were way too thick by MULTIPLE people. I was concerned since they took the scanning impressions with my braces still on.... Once I got my retainers, after a few months I've noticed some of my teeth were shifting. I wore my retainers religiously. All the time. So while I was at my basic cleaning appointment I went ahead and asked "Why are my teeth shifting while wearing retainers??" It was pretty noticeable. Since they were too thick for my mouth, there was a lot of movement areas in my retainer. Causing my teeth to shift slightly overtime and is now noticeable. I went to Dr. Fleming with these concerns & was told since I didn't go back to them, they cannot give a partial refund for incorrect retainers that they made. ( Not even for the $200 retainers ) With all the incorrect errors in this whole process all these years I am VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED in what this place has become. *Why would I go back to the place that has made multiple errors?*

I paid over 7k and he kept me on braces for over 4yrs. when treatment records and payment clearly stated 18months, but okay, he's the professional and wants the best for his patients, I trusted him, even thou my gut was telling me otherwise. keep in mind I had a "special case" had to have bone grafting and many surgeries during my treatment ( which in fact was next door with a wonderful professional doctor Dr Kim- totally recommend). Dr. Chen could've removed my braces sooner but I feel I irritated him because I asked lots of questions and he felt I was questioning his "expertise", many times his response was "I've been doing this for 20yrs..." at the end when he finally removed my braces he shaved down my teeth creating groves and damaged my enamel FOR LIFE!!!! that to me seems to be out of despite, I didn't notice it until later and what am i supposed to do after signing papers "I was happy with my smile" and the damage was already done? I was told by my dentist there's no fixing this kind of damage, it would take thousands to do veneers.. now my teeth easily get stained and I have to go in at least 3x a year to get my teeth cleaned! I'm very but very disappointed. If you're an adult or even if you have children take them somewhere else. My daughter needed braces and started treatment somewhere else.
