The caregivers (special shout out to Samantha, Dani, Haley and the wonderful Luis) all cared deeply for my mom. She loved and trusted all of them, and I truly believe they really cared about her as well. And the management and office staff is equally as amazing. Connie counseled me on many things, gave me advice and helped me find other resources to help my mom financially. Melvin would drop in and see my mom on occasion, and even went and brought her home from the hospital when she was discharged earlier than expected. Many of the Wisdom people would visit my mom in the hospital if I couldn't be there. Emily and Laura were additional lifelines for me from the office. When it came time for hospice care, Luis, my mom's caregiver, worked side by side with the hospice team so my mom had a familiar face with her. All of her main caregivers kept in contact with me and gave me updates on my mom, since whenever I called she would say she was "fine!" Well, after several months of steady declining health, my mom passed away yesterday. She was basically housebound the last 6 months of her life, and I'm not exaggerating when I say her caregivers were truly part of our family. She loved them all and I will be forever grateful to the whole team at Wisdom Elder Care!!!

There was a 3 hour gap in our 24 hour care one evening that could have been disasterous had our mother been alone. This was not due to the employees however. This was due to the owner not allowing an "on call" person to be available. You cannot receive better care but I would suggest to the owner that the liability could be more costly than an 'On Call' employee.

February 2, 2026 was the last straw !!! PT: He gives me an exercise to do for a timed 1 minute in duration. He does not stay, observe or correct my form. He runs across the room to talk to a female employee. It takes him several minutes to return. All the additional exercises are exactly the same situation, sets timer & then crosses the room. Back a few minutes LATER. (He spends half of my paid PT appointment elsewhere.) Things got worse when he barked instructions from across the room & then got mad & in my face for doing them incorrectly !!! I once AGAIN, just like every appointment, informed him I have a severe hearing ADA disability & CANNOT UNDERSTAND him (1) because he states "cannot speak any louder" (2) Gives instructions from across the room !!! He DID NOT HAVE ANY TROUBLE RAISING HIS VOICE WHEN HE WAS "IN MY FACE". John Olson was HOSTILE, ABUSIVE, OBNOXIOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL & UNABLE to control his obvious Biased & Predacious for this hearing-impaired individual. I WILL NOT TOLERATE THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT FROM ANY ONE !!! NOR WILL I EVER WORK WITH this LIER again !!! I reported his actions to Tucson Veterans Administration & requested another / competent Physical Therapy organization. She was professional, caring, and provided great service. The only issue I have is with the lady at the front desk, whose name I believe is Lorena. She came across as very rude, although that may simply be her personality. Unfortunately, I had two separate interactions with her within the past week, and both left me with the same impression. On another occasion, I brought my son in after he was hit in the face with a basketball and busted his lip. I called ahead to ask about the wait time and explained the situation. Lorena told me that if he needed to be seen, I would need to come in and wait. I understand that wait times can change, but I simply asked whether there were a lot of people waiting at that time so I could make an informed decision about whether to come in immediately or consider my options. She told me that she would not provide that information and repeated that I would need to come in and wait if he needed to be seen. I want to emphasize that the medical care and service I received were great. My concern is specifically with the customer service and friendliness at the front desk. A little more patience, kindness, and willingness to communicate would make a big difference. I will absolutely return if I need to, because I was pleased with the care provided. However, first impressions matter, and for some people, that first interaction can be the lasting impression of a facility. I hope this feedback can be used constructively to improve the overall patient experience.

I met the ambulance here and I am so happy this is where the brought her. The staff has been an absolute blessing. Every person has showed competence and compassion for my Alzheimer's stricken mama. They have even taught me new ways to better care for her and made suggested that will go miles in improving her level of care. The respiratory therapists have been amazing; the doctors have been responsive respectful and brilliant; the culinary team has been so kind and helpful; phlebotomy came in like magicians who seemed to use magic to draw her blood because nearly each time was painless; and the nurses..... let me TELL you about these nurses! Wow! I mean they were beyond attentive to my mom's medical and psychological needs. They went out of their way to help her maintain her dignity, and never once dismissed what she had to say, even when she was a little whack-a-doodle. They adjusted to whatever was best for her! I'm talking to you, Christine, Corrine and Aiden! You and your crew made my mama smile and laugh through the terribles and for that I am forever a fan. The team at TMC Rincon are to be commended for doing their jobs with heart! Oh and this is a brand new facility. The ER was timely and thorough; the place is beautiful; and the room had a couch that converts into an actual BED for me to stay with her! And they have done away with the big beeping monitor system that always drives both patients and families crazy. She had a mini monitor "pack" that sends the feed to a central monitoring location which alerts the staff in the actual hospital if there an issue. This frees the nurses to do real patient care, instead of constantly responding to unimportant beeps and buzzes. I think they have really managed to create a different hospital experience for patients and families alike. I am very pleased, impressed and grateful.

Imagine my surprise to not be able to locate a single doctor in Green Valley Az for senior healthcare needs. I contacted Banner and was able to schedule a new patient appointment 13 months out from the time of scheduling. I reserved the appointment then found ZocDoc on a google search and called Lisnet's office at Milagros In South Tucson. Got an appointment within a few days. I was very impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and thoroughness. The only drawback for me was needing a ride to her office from Green Valley. Lisnet made some medication changes and ordered tests I needed. She immediately referred me to specialists for specific testing and they were quick to book and good. The only reason I stopped seeing Lisnet was the 13 month appt with Banner in Green Valley finally arrived and I went as it was 2 miles from home. The MD I have been seeing is alright but not as good as Lisnet. If you are at all able to get an appointment within her, you will not regret it.

She spent time with me going over my health history and gave me options I have never heard of for auto immune diseases that I have been dealing with . Some new some old. What could improve?? A few things!! For one...a call back…read more I left two messages yesterday, Thursday and two today, Friday. No one called me back.. I've been working two weeks to get my prescription refilled. This coming Monday will make 3 weeks. When I called two Mondays ago. The staff told me that they didn't do in-house compounding anymore because of insurance. I gave them a name of a compounding pharmacy that I've used in the past. This took a couple days. When the staff called my prescription in, it was a different form of pill then when it was compounded in the office. was getting the dissolve in your mouth thyroid pill. The office called in a capsule. I wanted to stay with what I had been on for the last two months. When the pharmacy finally got the OK from the doctor to do the dissolve in your mouth pill, the pharmacy told me two days ago, it would be the end of next week before I got my medicine. I ran out of medicine two days ago. I decided to check with a local compounding company I've used in the past. I called them Thursday of this week. They told me if the prescription came in yesterday. They could have my medicine to me by Tuesday. Problem is the office called in a prescription from my old doctor, not my present doctor. This Dr has never prescribed this dosage for me. So I've made a bunch of calls and no one has called me back and they haven't called the right dosage into the pharmacy. So, I don't know when I'm going to get my medicine. Pretty sad.
