Ray has great insights, is an honest businessperson, loves and has extensive knowledge about the RV industry, gets things done by the date we need (adding accessories like better entry steps, winterizing, de-winterizing, etc. -- it's a small family business so we try to give enough notice and keep our requests reasonable), and wants his customers to enjoy their leisure time with the RV (instead of just buying and having it sit). We only found out because a friend of ours saw our vehicle on a tow truck bed and our friend called us. The lady at stans who i spoke to assumed that the vehicle was totaled and gave the permission to have the vehicle released to the auction company without notifiying us or having us sign. We still had personal property in the vehicle and not given notice to come clean out the car. We had not even received the police report or a call from insurance yet! First and last time using Stans! The insert for my trailer hitch would not come out. I approached these folks who in turn gave me excuses rather than solutions as to why that weren't interested. I guess the bicycle business is better suited. I went down the street to a private business that applied heat to the hitch and a few taps with a sledgehammer and it was removed. I understand that every situation is different, unfortunately your lack of effort to even try speaks volumes to me.
