Went in for wiper blades. Both employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. They even installed the blades for me. Great store!

In these times it seems that customer service is rare. Companies set up loyalty rewards or…read morecontracts in order to get people to buy their products. Well Batteries plus is the exception to the rule. I walk in as I was having trouble with my phone. A young guy who looked as if he was 12 came to the desk to ask me what he could do...I told him my phone is not even a year old and it was charging right. He looks at the phone then looked at me and said we don't work on Google phones...ughhh but he offered to take to the back and clean the port. No guarantees...needless to say he fixed it and only charged me $10 Highly recommend this place.

I took it back, explained, etc. The tech was very understanding and agreed to make it right - a few hours later they called and said the home button broke during repair. Fine, accidents happen. We went over a few options, which seemed pretty reasonable, and we ended up asking them to just refund the screen cost and move the new battery to my wife's phone, which also needed a new one. Not the best, but given the circumstances, something we were willing to work with. We came back after the second round of repair was complete... And after getting home noticed new damage to the screen in my wife's phone (the corner is now lighter than the rest, with a nice streak down to the middle). I'm honestly not sure I want to go back to the same place for yet another repair even if it's free. 4 stars for customer service, 1 star for technical ability. 5 stars for speed of service, but if it isn't good work, does speed matter?

(Mind you, the screen was completely shattered, but she still had all functionality on her phone.) I just got tired of her cutting her fingertips trying to use it. So I take it there 9/9/17 for $129.99 repair. Two days after repair, my daughter complains screen doesn't respond well. I call store, the assure me that it takes a few days for response time to correct due to difference screen being used on phone that isn't similar to Apple. On 10/18/17, a month a few days later, my daughter wakes up and says screen isn't working at all. I take to store and Dan, the same guy that fixed it; tells me they can't warranty it or service it because there's a small crack on phone, that automatically voids the warranty. He then attempted to tell me that this small crack is considered hardware damage & could cause the swipe functionality not to work on the screen. (Mind you, the screen was completely shattered when I took it to them, yet the swipe still worked on the phone!) This place is a complete joke & does whatever they can not to assist with warranting their work. I'd highly recommend NOT using this place or doing any business with them for your electronics. I would've given it zero stars, but you can't submit review unless you select at least one star.

The hardware store near my house was unable to replace the battery. A new car fob can cost hundreds- even more at the dealer. I'd rather spend @$30 than be unable to open or start my car. They were very courteous and efficient.

I am one of those people who wear a watch every day. About four years ago, I had my watch battery…read morereplaced at Batteries Plus for the first time. Two years later, I went back for another replacement, since watch batteries typically last around two years. That time, the associate suggested I opt for their "KITWATCHLIFE" service, a lifetime battery replacement for that specific watch, for $21.99 plus tax. It was only about $9 more than a standard battery replacement, so I figured that if I used it just one more time, I would come out ahead. I was told all I would need to do in the future was provide my phone number. I saved my receipt, just in case. Fast forward to today, I returned for another battery replacement. The store was empty except for one associate, Samantha. At first, she seemed hesitant, not because she didn't want to honor the lifetime service, but because she was concerned about damaging an expensive watch. She mentioned that if the watch was worth more than $150, they might instead offer to refund the lifetime service fee or transfer it to a different watch. I told her the battery had already been replaced twice there without issue. She decided to proceed and, to my surprise, replaced the battery in just a few minutes, much faster than previous visits. In the end, I definitely got my money's worth. If you have a watch that isn't particularly expensive, I think this is a good program to consider at Batteries Plus. Just be aware that some staff might be cautious if your watch is on the pricier side.
