Without hesitation, called Butch and he put me on his calendar, 2 months later he called me (I never followed up) and came over and took a thorough look and assured sunroom is in sound shape. I highly recommend Butch for any sunroom or patio cover jobs just not for his workmanship but for his ethics and Customer satisfaction as well.

Had a horrible experience with them a few years ago. Needed the roof of my 4 Seasons Sunroom…read morerepaired as it was leaking. It is a combination of glass and metal panels. The owner was reluctant but agreed to do it with full payment on completion and no warranty. Since I could not locate anyone else, I agreed. He sent out 2 employees who worked for around 4 hours on it and charged me $1800. It started leaking again in around 6 months. I recently tried to have it fixed again with another contractor who after looking at declined. However, he showed me the photos he had taken of it. What was previous done was to coat the protective strips over the previous sealant between the panels weatherstrip cauking instead of removing the strips and failing sealant between the panels and resealing them. Frankly if I had the physical capability and dexterity to do it, I could do the same job with a a few cans of one of the newer spray sealants and some masking tape in half the time and likely achieved the same result. Frankly given what I paid, and the result along with the way it was done, I feel scammed and taken advantage of as a senior.

He listened to what I wanted for my kitchen and we quickly agreed on what can be done. On top of that, he gave me a fair price compared to the 4 other bids/offers from the others. He assisted me in every aspect of the project, from identifying the scope, purchasing of the materials that will not only look good in my kitchen but also save me money and drawing a reasonable timeline of completion, and even financing. As Project Manager, I immediately sensed his dedication to the project, making sure we are meeting the schedule for every step/phase, that the workers he sent to me performed the tasks at hand efficiently and in a timely manner. They were polite, and accommodating and kept my premises clean and "undisturbed" unnecessarily. Eli checked on the status with them all throughout the day, making sure nothing falls thru the cracks. He responded quickly to every phone call or text message, answering my questions, or fulfilling my minor or major requests, etc. Communication is not a problem with him at all. He made me feel that I am his "#1 Customer" even though I know my project is small compared to EcoStar's other big-budget renovation projects, and has many other projects going on at same time. He and his team quickly addressed any concern I have - big or small. In short, I found Eli very easy and comfortable to work with. I would say Eli and his team gave me EXCELLENT service, from Start to Finish. Now, I am enjoying my "refreshed" kitchen - I love being in it more than any other room in the house! :) Thanks to Eli, his team workers, and EcoStar!. I highly recommend them to others .
