They were our third consultation, and even at this stage, I was very compelled to choose them. Danny was super personable and communicative. Of the three companies, we met with, he spent the longest time on our roof (the first rep we met didn't even step foot on the roof), and took a ton of photos documenting the original condition of our roof for us to see. It was easy coordinating with Danny, Ivan and the foreman on site throughout the entire process. From the detailed proposal to final touch-ups with painting, I could tell how much they cared about doing a thorough and quality job. Not only was the perimeter of our house very clean (cleaner than before they started), they also helped clean up the debris that ended up in our garage because of the exposed ceiling which I truly appreciate. Lastly, I did not know this at first, but my neighbor saw a crew member tighten the hinges on our gate (very old) because they noticed it was uneven when they used it to access the side of the house. I'm glad we chose to support a local business with a great team. I highly recommend if you're looking to get your roof done soon.

Eighty-four years and 4 generations! For them to stay in business this long, they're doing things right. What made us finally decide to choose them to re-roof our house was how we were treated. Don was very knowledgeable. He taught us a lot of things and gave the right recommendations. Communication was excellent! Chelsea was so easy to speak to and she was always eager to help with all our questions. They were very friendly so we always felt at ease with no pressure whatsoever. But what matters most are results. We're very detail oriented so we looked at every aspect of the job. From placement of the shingles, how some of the fascias were replaced, the placement and spacing of vents, installation of new rain gutters, to the flashing of the chimney and everything else. All were nicely and neatly done. There were one or two minor things that we asked to be adjusted and they obliged without hesitation. On top of that, they cleaned up thoroughly every day. Kudos to their crew as they were great as well. We are very happy with our new roof and we highly recommend Vincent Roofing.

I chose them for 2 major reasons. 1) they were going to deal with the scheduling of the removal and réinstallation of our solar panels. And 2) Shahar was so kind, informative, and honest during our consultation. He was through and kept us updated every step of the way. When our project finally started the crew were so respectful and kind! We found way more damage than we expected which resulted in our quote going up. However, due to Shahar being honest at the consultation we knew this was a possibility so it wasn't super shocking. The crew was great at cleaning up at the end of every day, which we appreciate as we have chickens, ducks, a puppy and cat as well as a child who are outside. When the project was done, there were a few concerns we had, we talk to Shahar and he quickly corrected and had the crew fix the items. Our roof is beautiful and will hopefully last many many years to come. I am thankful we went with Apollo Roofing and Happy Shahar was our project manager.

Full credit to Rodrigo and Lincon, who were on top of things throughout the project. First, they patiently explained the full roofing process to me in detail when I was getting estimates. This was not my experience with some of the other roofing companies who felt rushed or were asking me to cut corners. In contrast, ELM gave me several alternatives before we zeroed on to a torchdown roof. Next, Rodrigo and Lincon were very communicative on our group chat and kept me apprised of the progress throughout, including tons of photos. Rodrigo was also very proactive in dealing with the city for permits as well as clarifications etc, which happened several times since our city is one of the stricter ones. During all this, we had a running clock since we were in contract to sell the house, but Rodrigo and company kept things in motion, sometimes working late hours to ensure completion on time, which we did with several days to spare. It was also very nice of them to talk to my buyers to tell them about the new roof in detail. I was also pleasantly surprised with their integrity. For example, the roofing torch is huge and heavy and accidentally did some minor damage to the house. They fixed it without questions in a very timely manner. They also provided us with a courtesy cleanup inside the house to cleanup roofing debris after demolition. So yeah, thanks to Rodrigo, Lincon, and their crew, we have a brand new roof and siding. They are polite, professional, reasonably priced, great at communication, and clean up well after themselves. Would recommend them 100/100.

My partner and I happened to get a leak in our roof in basically the luckiest possible place, so we…read moresaw it as soon as it started and it wasn't serious yet, but obviously we still needed it fixed. So we got in touch with ELM Roofing and had them come out to do an inspection. Lucas was great. He identified the issue quickly, stepped us through what our options were, and kept us in the loop the entire time. He checked the roof out with a drone, since it was too high to run a single ladder up, and we got to watch the neighbor's resident hummingbirds go nuts trying to threaten it away. Evidently hummingbirds hate drones! We had our entire roof and the garage roof replaced, because the builder had cheaped out on underlayment materials and is a pain to get to fix anything under warranty. So, y'know, forget him, but this isn't a review about him. We've got a much tougher underlayment now, all the chipped tiles we had have been replaced, and it is quite honestly better than new now. They did clean work, too. Didn't mess up the yard at all, they were fastidious about noise levels and allowed work times, everything you'd hope a certified contractor would do (but do they? Well...many don't, believe me). Quick and thorough, and when the project got interrupted by rain, they kept us informed about that, too. They came out on a Saturday to get ahead of the weather and even let us know exactly what the local weekend construction ordinances were ahead of time so we'd know what to expect. I think that's what I'd say about them the most: No surprises. They don't do anything unexpected with the final invoice, they don't jerk you around, they don't treat you like you won't understand what they're doing. You're fully in the loop at all times and you're treated as a partner in the project. You get exactly the work and quality promised. And it's good work, with a 20 year guarantee. I'd highly recommend them.

We highly recommend using Ocean Remodel. We had a great experience coordinating with Mike for a full bathroom remodel of our 1950's family home, and repaving of our driveway and side yard. For the bathroom, Mike directed us to stores and we selected the tile, and all finishes. Mike and his team did a full demo down to studs, and replaced pipes, electrical, the window, installed wall and floor tiles, fan, fixtures, lighting, and painted. The transformation of our new bathroom is incredible! Everything came together and the results are beautiful! We hired Precision Finish Remodeling to redo both our backyard patio and front entrance, and…read moreoverall it was a really good experience! The first project - the backyard patio was done with tile, and the results turned out great. The space feels much more polished and functional now, and you can tell the work was thought through. They handled the grading really well. There is a slight slope that you don't notice when walking, but it allows water to drain off efficiently without any pooling. The tile work itself is clean, with consistent spacing and neat edges. They also installed the railing properly, and it feels sturdy and well aligned, giving a great a finished look to the area. Overall, it just feels like a well-executed upgrade that will hold up over time. The second project - for the front entrance, they installed pavers and took their time working through the details. There were existing irrigation lines in that area, and instead of rushing through it, they carefully located and capped the sprinklers so everything remained intact and neat. We also had some drainage issues before the remodel, and they addressed that by installing two drains, which has already made a noticeable difference. We wanted to keep our Magnolia tree untouched, and they were mindful of that while prepping and laying the pavers. They also worked with us on adding turf along the edges, and the final result looks natural and well integrated with the rest of the space. Pedro Leme, the project manager, was easy to communicate with and responsive when we had questions or small changes. One thing that stood out was how carefully materials were managed. Everything was used thoughtfully with very little waste. We did end up with some extra materials, and Pedro even helped return them to the store as a favor, which we really appreciated. Windson and the crew were professional, showed up on time, and kept the work area reasonably clean throughout the project. Windson in particular was very friendly, accommodating, and clearly pays attention to the small details, which made a difference in how smoothly everything came together. There were a couple of minor adjustments along the way (as with most projects), but they were addressed without much hassle. Pricing felt fair for the scope of work, especially considering the level of detail they paid attention to. Overall, we're really happy with how everything turned out! We would definitely consider using them again for other projects.

After reading all the positive reviews, I called Leyva Concrete and spoke with Alfredo. He came out, looked at the space and we talked through the process. I made adjustments to the original scope of work, and Alfredo was super-accommodating. His team finished the excavation work that I started, then prepped for the concrete pour. These guys know exactly what they're doing, taking care with the surface finishing and all the cleanup. True craftsmen. I'm so glad I went with the professionals. They're prompt, the communication is great and quality of work is exceptional. Alfredo and this Team at Leyva Concrete are truly amazing!
